I had bought a product of xioami from flipkart on 29/3/2018 with order id od[protected] and the product was delivered on 31/3/2018 and when i filed return for the product they denied me to return as well as replacement of the product within the replacement policy of 10 days. I also filed a complaint but i don't get any response of the complaint also. There is issue in its battery its battery gets dead within few minutes of the charging. Now they are not solving my problem and not ready to replace my product. Plz help me and solve my issue.

Technician visits were arranged twice and it was confirmed that there is no issue with the battery. Information provided. Hence, closing the case.
