I had placed return of this item on the day product was delivered to me. It was unsealed and already used product. I received a call from flipkart executive saying that we will be canceling your current request and raising a new refund request. The time (15th april) on which pickup of the item was scheduled i told the guy to come after some time as i was not available then. I was assured he will pick up the product next day. But havent recieved anything from flipkart yet and to my surprise my return request has been cancelled without even informing me?? And when i am trying to raise the refund again its getting rejected. What kind of service is this? First you deliver a second hand product and then even refuse to take it back?? Was this information helpful? | |||
