Pathetic product, never ever order from anywhere especially flipkart.com. I ordered it on 4th, delivered on 6th june. From day1, i started facing the following issues...
Product: xolo era 2-4g with volte (Black, 8 gb)

1. Phone dialer popping in and popping out immediately. Post trying for 6 - 7 times, i am able to dial in.
2. Color of the display going from normal colors to complete green or blue or purple.
3. The screen shifting its view atleast 5 - 6 times a day until i do not lock & unlock.
4. Networking issues, signals going on & off.
5. When trying to touch on wifi options, there is no selection, until i dont go to settings and try from there.
6. Messages either do not come or take long hours.
Post having heated arguments with the customer care & floor supervisor, flipkart agreed to replace the product as refund was not showing an option. Later they agreed for a technician visit and a day was given for his visit for 21st june. On 20th june i receive 2 messages one stating that the seller is unable to fulfill the request of return. So i again contacted the customer care and as usual after heated arguments with cc & floor supervisor, they agreed to return the product without technician visit.
The ekart guy came to deliver replacement and deliver the new set. I asked him if the new set gives the issue, what am i supposed to do, for which he said flipkart will again replace it. But it started giving the same issues immediately. So i had to again raise a complaint with customer care and it was successfully accepted and this time the customer care executive told me on refund on this as its giving the issue and was told that technician visit would be done by 1st july 3:21 pm and if the technician is not able to resolve the issue, flipkart shall proceed for refund and the refund shall be done within 9 working days.
Today is 1st july and even at 3:10 pm, when i did not receive any message or call on the technician visit, i called the cc number and to my utter surprise i was told that my request has been rejected because it was a replacement and i need to take this handset to xolo service center. If this was the case, why on first instance a refund request was taken and why was customer not informed on visiting the xolo service center. Why when customer contacted on the technician visit date, he was informed on rejection. Why was this not done immediate post this compliant registered.
This is a pathetic behavior from flipkart and being a loyal customer to flipkart now makes me feel that i had done the biggest mistake of my life. If the replacement product is also having the same defects, flipkart should take the responsibility of refunding it back to customer as they are displaying and selling faulty products to their customers.
If my complaint is not resolved, i shall make sure to make this go public and lodge a complaint at even consumer forum and social media of the kindof cheating thats being done on flipkart. Also i have some recordings and sms sent by fk to support my case.
