I would like to inform you that I bought one Samsung Galaxy F41 mobile from Flipcart and the item was delivered on the 21st of March 2021. After receiving the product when I switched it on then the product is heating and the battery is also draining very quickly then I thought let update the phone configure it in the correct manner I did the same and after that also I am facing the same issue. And the camera quality is also very poor compared to others in the product it is mentioned 64 megapixels and looks like 8 megapiexel.
Finally, I raised a return request on the Flipcart portal, and the same engineer visits my area and he took the phone installed two apps, took some snap final conclusion from the engineer is I know there is some issue but my hands are tight I can's do anything and contact with the customer care.
Again I called customer care than the same person again came to my are took the ph put the camera on record an 18min vedio ph is heating like anything and the batter is also drained quickly the next conclusion is phone is taking the outside temperature that is what it is very hot and for the camera, he will able to do anything again I need to connect with customer care.
Today morning again I called customer care and they are suggesting that go to the Samsung service center and share your problem. Now my question is that the correct service which I am getting from Flipcart ?? And I followed the Flipcart offered 7days of return/replacement policy then why I need to visit the customer care.
And due to the 2nd wave of COVID customer care representative is asking me to visit the service center if something happens who will take the responsibility??
