Pick up was arranged 4th time yesterday. Pickup guy said imei number not retrieving from your mobile number. I showed him that imei which i got with mobile and it's also mentioned on the mobile box. But pick boy want on mobile. I said that stupid guy to retrieve the imei you must need to insert sim card in mobile. But he said i used to do this many times from another mobile. He didn't wait while i insert the sim & retrieve the imei number. He went away without picking up my product. You guys need to give training on customer service. Flipkart has a full bunch of # people who don't have the process and product knowledge just push bucket to next one. I am waiting for a refund from last month. I am fade up now.
