I have ordered sony bluetooth headphones and earphones combo offer from gadgets-villa.com by seeing its ad on facebook. But i got duplicate product of wired headphones of none company and its not in working condition. Request you to please return it and refund my money. My order id is 31aug1254.

I have ordered on 31st aug 2020 and wrong/ unauthorized product received on 08. Sep.2020.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
Issue is still there, it’s not resolved yet and company did not reach me any of the way by email or phone. Please escalate it to high level to resolve the issue. Flipsale.in is a fake company it is delivering fake products to customers. Request you to please open the ticket and escalate it, till I get the resolution.

    I saw an ad on facebook in which we were told that this is a product. That sony company's bluetooth headphones and along with this, bluetooth sonyads of a sony company will also be found. That too for only 1599 rupees. But no such product was found, a headphone came in the packet, but it was also found without bluetooth
