I order sony AirPods combo but received fake JBL Bluetooth handsfree...

Headphone is damage
And headphone company is chang and headphone wire is damage...

Instead of earbuds.. We received erarphones that to damaged . Broken ear phones.....

I was order sony make bluetooth ear phone with air bud combo pack as per attached snaps but i was revived jbl make bluetooth ear phone only....

I have ordered airpods combo... They have delivered stereo headphones...

Consumer sale me forward kiya hai... Aage dekhte hain kya hota hai... Mera jo order tha wo agar company bhejti hai to thik nahi to cyber se sampark karna paregaa...

In place of airport combo offer, the company sent head phone with wire of jbl which also appears to be refurbished. Company advertised on facebook....

I ordered sony combo for neck bend and earbuds and paid rs. 1599. On opening the packet i was surprised to see a low quality head phone.
It's looking like a scam and there is no mechanism for refund.
Please help me to refund my money....
