Flora India — Poor quality product and reorder not processed

Hi,

I have ordered flowers, Cake and teddy from FloraIndia.com and the product they delivered was very pathetic apart from flowers.

Teddy : was damaged.. not properly stitched
Cake : poor quality of cake ... taste was very bad

I have raised a complaint with them and they were ready to reorder these stuff again any time.

Now I have follow up with these to reorder the stuff of same price again but they told me as per there policy they will order the same stuff only .. I agreed to their terms and condition and told them ok please order the same order and provide them the order date, address etc.

Order should be delivered by today as per the date I have given them but they didn't deliver it yet and they even didn't reply to my mails even.

Cancelled my Order # KJ1143250 on 14/11/2020, of the Diwali Gifts by Flora India, the refund of Rs4050/- has not been received.
I wrote several emails to refund the amount of Rs4050/- & on 20/11/2020,
Flora India representative Mr. Sandeep Kumar replied to my email & asked for my bank details which I provided by email, so that, they could credit the refund to my bank account.
But, as on date, I am have not received any refund.
Even using their what's app No.[protected] I have reminded them.
But, I have not received any refund.
