[Resolved]  Flora Sensations — No delivery got no refund

I ordered from the website I got an invoice but there's wasn't any delivery they didn't even informed me so I could arrange something else ruined the occasion. Have been trying to get contact ever since I emailed on the website I didn't want refund at but the delivery but I don't want any delivery i want my refund as soon as possible
