I had ordered a cake and gift on 26th Oct 2026 for Rs.1098 /Order no.60166 from Flora Sensations and after receiving payment, they chose to not respond to our several emails. They don't have any genuine customer tracking numbers and updates on orders placed and its status. They have now cancelled the order with no genuine reasons today. I deeply regret to place orders with this Company.
Not received refund of payment still.
Government must take immediate punitive action on this Company and its unscrupulous activities as countless of customers have lost their money.
Wonder why so many complaints are not resolved by now and this Company is continuing online as an unknown fraud to many. Was this information helpful? |
