I am writing to lodge a complaint against Flora Sensations regarding a failed order and subsequent non-refund.
I had placed an order for a birthday cake for my father scheduled for delivery on 9th May 2025. However, on the same day at 8:59 AM, I received an email from the company stating that the order could not be delivered and that the amount would be refunded within 10 days.
Despite repeated follow-ups via email, I have not received any refund to date. The amount pending is ₹529.

This delay is highly unprofessional and disappointing, especially as it was for a special occasion. I request strict action against the company and urge you to help initiate the refund process at the earliest.
