I placed an online order for a cake on July 3rd, 2025 from https://florasensations.com. The order was scheduled to be delivered between 12 PM and 4 PM on the same day.

However, at 4 PM, I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled, with no prior notice or reason. The cancellation ruined my event and caused a lot of embarrassment in front of my guests.

I am writing to lodge a complaint against Flora Sensations regarding a failed order and subsequent non-refund.
I had placed an order for a birthday cake for my father scheduled for delivery on 9th May 2025. However, on the same day at 8:59 AM, I received an email from the company stating that the order could not be delivered and that the amount would be refunded within 10 days.

I have made a payment for 649RS for a cake and gave the delivery date as 14th May 2024. I have received an email after payment that my order is being processed. But I still don't get any order and I have emailed them about this and there is no response

I placed an order on May 12th, 2024, and I haven't even gotten a confirmation email from them. The order has not yet been delivered, and they said it was going to be delivered on the same day. They took complete money, the order is not yet delivered, and there is no customer support available on the website. This is a completely fraudulent website. Please, I want my money back.
