I placed an online order for a cake on July 3rd, 2025 from https://florasensations.com. The order was scheduled to be delivered between 12 PM and 4 PM on the same day.

However, at 4 PM, I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled, with no prior notice or reason. The cancellation ruined my event and caused a lot of embarrassment in front of my guests.

The company assured me via email that I would receive a full refund of ₹699 within 10 to 15 working days, but even after this period has passed, I have not received the refund. I have followed up with emails, but there has been no proper response or resolution.

This delay in refund and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I am requesting your urgent help in resolving this issue and ensuring that my refund is processed immediately.
