Hi, my name is Mahsa. I have ordered on the 6th of Feb 2021 to be delivered on the 10th of Feb 2021. I paid Rs.2791. And the order no.FNF[protected] to Bangalore, India. Today on the 10th of Feb 2021 when my friend received the order which I sent for his birthday and there is nothing like what I ordered, not the colour, not the glass vase, not the size and even not the arrangement! I already contacted them and asked for a refund or send again like the picture but there are not even apologize and they didn't answer my emails. I feel so embarrassed because I wanted to surprise my friend's birthday! I live in Canada and that was the reason I ordered flowers online. Please help me to remove this fake website that only steals from people! I am a student here and I work so hard to earn money, and this company just stole my money, my time, and all my joy from surprising my dear friend in India.
