I had asked my son to order a bouquet for my mom for the 14th January. The product shown on your image is nice but what was delivered was pathetic and the message scribbled was more pathetic. Never again will I order from you in future.

I ordered 24 red roses for valentine's day in Goa paying 2000 rupees approximately. Nothing ever got delivered, payment got taken. This company is criminal, I would like to know about legal.procedures to sue them and make sure they will never scam another person again or ruin another valentine's day again.

I had ordered Flowers to be delivered on 12th Nov 2021.
It was not delivered and money is already paid.

Hi, my name is Mahsa. I have ordered on the 6th of Feb 2021 to be delivered on the 10th of Feb 2021. I paid Rs.2791. And the order no.FNF[protected] to Bangalore, India.
Today on the 10th of Feb 2021 when my friend received the order which I sent for his birthday and there is nothing like what I ordered, not the colour, not the glass vase, not the size and even not the arrangement!
I already contacted them and asked for a refund or send again like the picture but there are not even apologize and they didn't answer my emails.
I feel so embarrassed because I wanted to surprise my friend's birthday! I live in Canada and that was the reason I ordered flowers online.
Please help me to remove this fake website that only steals from people!
I am a student here and I work so hard to earn money, and this company just stole my money, my time, and all my joy from surprising my dear friend in India.

Terrible experience from overseas. Decided to give this service a change and ordered a bouquet of 36 roses with a dry fruit box as an anniversary gift. Additionally there was an option to double the roses to 72 which we did on checkout
Imagine ...to our unpleasant surprise...what was delivered was a bouquet of "12" roses with the fruit box. I guess they figured people who live in the USA don't bother to check!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE OVERSEAS!!!

I had ordered flowers for my mother on the mother's day but they did not get delivered and they did not even reply of my numbers of calls and emails. Very irresponsible behavior. I would my money back from them. I had placed the order on 12th may, 2019 at 00:30 hours.

Their service is so pathetic that they have 2 phones numbers listed on their website but both of them are always busy.

This company is totally, highly fraud. On 18 feb 2017 I placed an order online for flower basketwith double the quantity of flowers for a for a wedding gift. The price was as high as 2824. The website confirmed a delivery between 9 am to 4pm with no fixed time within this period, as also mentioned in order confirmation. At 3.30 pm they answered on my phone that their Alwaye agent couldnt be connected. They made up several stories. I wanted delivery by 4-4.30 pm. They could not deliver the item and even refuse to refund the money boldly, on the promise they are going to deliver soon. This note is being written at 6.00 pm

I had ordered a bunch of 30 roses for my wife on her birthday. The delivery was promised between 9am to 4pm.
Till 6pm nothing was delivered and neither was I informed about any delay. When I called up from overseas and enquired about the delivery there was a casual response about some problem with delivery.
Finally a small bunch of few gerberas was delivered after 8pm !
This is poorest service I have ever seen by any florist.

This is an outright cheating of consumers who trust these online service.

My Sister ordered a Bookey, the order number is FNF1437817 this was ordered on 13 February 2016, n was to be delivered on 14 February 2016 n the payment was done online n we got the message of delivery that ur order has been delivered, but the order was to deliver to the person it not delivered to them so what to do and we are calling to ur given number [protected], [protected] is busy from last 3 hours so what to do please take the action fast

I placed an order online with http://www.flowersnfruits.com/ for a bouquet of roses alongwith a glass vase. The order number is FNF1437950. Product ID is # 176. I was charged INR 925.00 and paid the same using credit card. This was to be delivered on 14 February 2016. At around 11:32 am I received a confirmation email that the order has been delivered but I never received the same. I have sent about 5/6 emails to [protected]@flowersnfruits.com but there is no response to the same. Email to [protected]@flowersnfruits.com has failed delivery. I have attempted to contact the numbers provided on their website since today afternoon at least close to 50 times but the numbers are always busy. The numbers listed are: +91-[protected] and

I want refund of the amount I paid and action taken against this company.

I place an order on online shopping website www.flowersnfruits.com/ and i paid an amount around 1400 from my debit card. The order was supposed to be deliver on 07/02/2013. But i din't get any delivery,I called them up several times on the no. given in contact details but no one was there to answer.My order no.is FFB[protected].

which is to delivered to my guests, at a Hotel, in Secunderabad (at Mid night of 5th Feb).

The order was not delivered, I didn't receive order confirmation email and also no one contacted over phone. But Rs.1525 was deducted from my credit card.

I also sent email to [protected]@flowersnfruits.com but there is no response from them. It looks like these guys are not at all responsible for any order make through their site. I request authorises to take action against this site 'http://www.flowersnfruits.com', if possible block this site.
