Fly Mantra — didnt get my pnr number

i have booked 2 ticketa from agartala to kolkata on 25/4/2015 for travel date of 26/07/15 from flymantra.com but i havent got my pnr id and when i call to their number they didnt even receive my calls.please do something against them...i want my refund or want pnr id.
