[Resolved] Flymantra.com — Non refund of canceled air tickets

On 10th september, 2013 i booked to tickets (Ref no. [protected]bfmt) of flymantra for journey from calicut to mumbai on 5th january, 2014 for the following:1. Mk venugopal2. Radha krishnanairline pnr no. Z1ovo air india. The amount was rs.6093/-. The same were cancelled on 24th december 2013 by sending email to flymantra and on phone. The tickets have been cancelled and money refunded by air india to flymantra. But flymantra r not refunding the amount. Flymantra r not responding to phone calls and emails.

Updated by manchath venu i have still not received any communication from you regarding my complaint because the airlines have already refunded the money to Flymantra who in turn have not credited my credit card account regards venugopal mk
