[Resolved]  Fly Mantra — Refund amt of Rs 24189 for Ref no FLY20107426

Dear Sir, We booked 4 tickets online from Fly Mantra on 20th Oct from Mumbai to Bangalore by Go Air airlines dated 21st Oct 2014 and we paid Rs 21210 from my HDFC BANK Credit card. We got booking id FLY20107426 but i dint get PNR no for this booking. Again I contact Fly Mantra for this matter and they sent mail to us for this and demanded additional amount of Rs 2979 as they told that fare was increased at time of booking. We did not had any option other than to pay the diff amount as the journey was very next day. I paid the diff amount from my HDFC Bank credit card. After paying whole amount to company they did not sent PNR no for above ref id. We contact Go AIR airlines and were informed that no ticket is made in your name and not allowed to enter in the airport by airport officials. We than contact fly mantra and we were informed that they will refund the full amount back to us. I contact my bank that dont pay the amount to fly mantra as ticket was not generated.But they informed us that they cant stop the payment and told us that may not claim if ticket is not generated. But shockingly fly mantra claimed the amount from our bank on 22nd October. We contact fly mantra several times and every time they told us that they will refund the whole amount soon but till date I have not received back the amount. I waste lot of time and money to contact them . Sir please look into the matter and help me to get refund from them. Apart from this i want Rs 10000 for harassment, interest charges for delay in refund, diff of fare as I made new ticktet for next day by Spice jet airlines, time, money and energy Sir my name is Paresh M Rathod and contact number is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in
