I had ordered puma shoes on 19 July due to pinecone un serviceable the product has cancelled by myntra itself but before this many products were delivered to same pincode thats okay but even after canceling the product refund is not reflecting in my account 20 days over now refund was initiated on 26th July only but still they telling we will help with is and we raised complaint same things are repeating whenever I call or text to myntra customer care please help me with this as soon as possible. Below you see refund message from myntra.

Shunmugaraj: i booked the flight on 15.08.16 for the journey on 17.10.16 from chennai to mumbai. No confirmation received for the booking indigo flight 5.30 am. Till date no refund was made by the agent even after contacting them through telephone ample of times. Pl take action for refund or ban the cheating guy from doing this business.

Sir till the time i have not received my money for cancel and pending pnr number of flight ticket booked by a fly mantra. And as per my telifonic discussion in may 2016 many times they told me that your refund will be today but after 1.5 years now their contact number is also not available or might be change now i am unable to contact fly mantra i am continue follow up with them. So please kindly solve my this problem i will be very thankful to you.

My self anuj ratra till the time i have not received my refund money till the date as i have complain many times but they told every time you will get refend as soon as possible same day but now one year is over but till the time problem not solve now customer care number is olso not available i have wrote many mail but no response.

I had made a booking on 3rd dec 2015 for travel for travel to lucknow - delhi (Booking reference no. Fly[protected]. The booking did not get executed and despite multiple reminders since then, money is still to be refunded by them. They do not respond to emails. Also, these guys do not know how to reply on phone. Their operators abruptly disconnect the call. Just spoke 5 minutes back again with their executive - tanya, deo and the line was very promptly disconnected when told that this is regarding refund and if she can give me an update... Totally frustrated... Their website does not have a official address. Privacy policy on the website has a incomplete address. Amount to be refunded 3259

Dear Sir/Madam,

I tried to book ticket on the fraud website. i.e. flymantra.com

But they generated a code and asked to wait for the confirmation but the never gave any tickets.
I paid 3425 INR online and they never returned it back.

The merchant Web address is flymantra.com . I was trying to book air ticket on this website for the same I completed the transaction. The merchant promised to provide PNR in next 30 mins. But it turned out to be a fraud. No tickets are till date provided and the amount 3424 is till date deducted from my account. The customer care on the Web address shown is fake no. As they never respond back.
The booking ID issued by them is pending and all is a trap to get payment through the gateway. The website needs to be black listed and prohibited with payment gateway acess. Please catch these fraudulent people and help me get back my Rs 3424 debited from my account to their account.

Please help me get my sum of 3425 back.

I booked the air ticket on 15.08.2016 for the journey from Chennai to Mumbai on 17.10.2016 for Rs 1791/- in Indigo airline at 5.30 Am through this Fly mantra website.But payment was debited in my SBI bank account, no ticket was booked and confirmed.Even after many calls to the office no response was given for refund of my money. Till date my money was not refunded to my bank account.

One year left but Fly mantra not refunded Rs 1607/- which was deducted from paytm wallet against booking of air ticket from Srinagar to Jammu, booking order No FLY292413 dated 14 Dec 15 In the name of Mr Harjit Singh. Rs 1607/-, Paytm transaction ID No [protected].

Fly mantra is a fraud company and misleading innocent customers. Kindly make legal acation against this company and help.

The airline called me and assured that we have refunded to flymantra.
I called 3000 times in this 1 year, complained 3 times ( they wont attend calls!). No reply, no apology.

I booked for journey from varanasi to bangalore on 29.10.2016 by jet airways through fly manta reference no fly05107705, as on date also ticket still pending and they have also not returned my money.

I am doubtful whether flymantra exists because no person picks up phone in their contact.

This company is not caring for customer and just money through online and are cheating, this may be going on for long time. Their trick is to influence customer by showing cheaper rate and collect money through online and keep it in pending and not to reply for mail and phone

Booked air ticket on 08/07/2016 from srinagar to jammu scheduled on 17/07/2016 and paid rs.5879 through net banking. Fly mantra provided me booking id fly08078392 but not provided me pnr. After contacting on customer care they replied to refund full amount as the ticket was not booked. Since then they have not refunded my hard earned money nor they respond on customer care.

We booked 2 flight tickets from hyderabad to rajahmundry on[protected] with flymantra and our id no allotted by the operator was fly30129335. The flymantra could not provide us tickets nor refunded the money rs.3, 258/-. I am contacting the flymantra phone [protected] (Not toll free) and spent more than rs.3, 258/- till now. They always promised to refund by next date. All the phone calls were said to be recorded for quality training purposes, god knows really they are recording or not. I deputed one person to their office at gurgaon but no refund was made till today[protected]. Learned in the google search that there were 89 complaints and only 2 complaints were resolved till date. I think these two complaints must be from the relatives of the flymantra staff or some very high profile dignitaries. Iam a senior citizen and requi9re back my hard earned money back. Also i appeal to all not to book any tickets from this operator and got cheated like me.

I booked air ticket on 08/07/2016 from Srinagar to Jammu scheduled on 17/07/2016 and paid Rs.5879 through Net banking. Fly Mantra provided me booking id FLY08078392 but not provided me PNR. After contacting on customer care they replied to refund full amount as the ticket was not booked. Since then they have not refunded my hard earned money nor they respond on Customer Care.

On 23aug2016 i have booked three tickets from flymantra website but didn't get any confirmation mail or message from airline or you. Payment is already completed. I have tried to call their customer care more than 50 times but it's not connecting and also tried to reach then via mail but not responding. So i want to you to registered a fraud case against them and process my refund to my account at your earliest. Also find attached documents with status as pending. its been 10months and i didnt get any refund from tis fraud company and i have called several times and they dont seem to respond or either they have lot of excuses will refund, technical error etc ..there no is most of the time not reachable and reviews on google is mostly negative .last time also it was told will refund in 24hrs but still not done neither they response on mails.

I have rquested to refund against cancellation of booking reference no. FLY18127713 but till date no action has been taken by the Flymantra... Ihave book tickets for 23April 2016 from mumbai to lucknow (Indigo airlines) and on 1st May 2016 from Lucknow to Mumbai (Indigo Airlines)..But due to some prob i have rescheduled my jouney and intimitated in advance on 12th April 2016 fly mantra through email and requested me to refund for the same.. but till date no response and refund

I have not received any message/email as yet. I have confirmed it from your website, but PNR status is still pending after lapse of one day.

I'm waiting since last some months to get my refunds but still there is no positive response from your side. Even the call center i tried to contact is not responding positively & it seems that they are just postponing it every time i try to contact. I do have the recordings of call whenever i tried to interact with them

I booked round trip air ticket fro mumbai to hyderabad on july 27, 2016 from flymantra website (Travel dates from mumbai to hyderabad being 24/07/2016 and hyderabad to mumbai 29/07/2016). The same was accepted by flymantra and an amount of rs. 2959/- was deducted from my card and stated my booking id as fly27077008. Further informed that my booking is under process and i will be receiving the e-ticket and sms within 30 minutes. Even after 6 days, i have not received any communication / refund from flymantra in this regard. I want the amount paid by me as refund.
