[Resolved]  Fly Mantra — Money not refunded

I booked an air ticket from this website on 18th April 2014. The ticket was not booked and they told me they would refund the money. But when I received my credit card bill amount of Rs 6970 was charged. In spite of various emails, I have not received any reply from them. There call centre is always busy.
