Fly Mantra — no confirmation on air ticket booking | |||
I had booked an air ticket from Imphal- Guwahati for ₹2966 on 28/6/2015 online through my SBI savings account net banking.The amount had been deducted from my account.However, I have not received any confirmations e-mails from Flymantra.I sent an e-mail to Flymantra at [protected]@flymantra.com regarding the same but have not got any response. I spoked with Flymantra executive Manish Jain today who told me that he would give a call back after lunch break since he could not give me any confirmations if the booking was successful or not.Please let me know if the booking is under process or not so that I can book the ticket once again.
