BOTH THE ABOVE TICKETS FOR BOTH THE SECTORS WERE CANCELLED @ around 1.45am on 24th December 2015 I. E well in advance before 4 hours

For Refund enquires, many times I tried to connect on customer care between 9.30 to 6.30 on [protected] but all the time one single reply -that all our customer service executive are busy please call after sometime.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH STATUS N REFUND THE DUES

I have booked two flights tickets, money was deducted but the confirmation mail is not sent.
And the customer care people are rude and unprofessional and they will not respond properly.
I have called them 7 times and each time I call they have asked me to wait for 1 hour and no action is taken care.

Sir I have book tickets for round trip for 2 person with ref no. FLY24086289. the onward flight is confirmed but return flight is not confirmed. so what is the reason behind it??? I call customer care but they didn't pick up.
