Flying Machine — Complaining about return policy of flying machine shirts

Sir,
I bought a small size shirt worth rupees-1999
But i found it 40 percent discount so i paid 1259 rupees.
But when i come to home i found that small size shirt is not perfect to me. So i go to the shop and i tell sir please exchange the shirt and give me a medium size same shirt.
But the shopkeeper said to me.he cannot exchage the shirt because this shirt is discounted shirt. I tell him that i cannot want to return my money.just change my shirt size.
But he cannot exchage the shirt.
