I have bought two t-shirts dated 29/07/2010 detailed in bill's photo enclosing with this complaint.
On 18/11/2010, i went to the company outlet in my city to return the one of the t-shirt from those two because of it's color fade from the back side (enclosing the t- shirt's photo which is faded).
They agreed to take t- shirt and they put it in their drawer , giving me a receipt and said me that they will inform me on my contact no. in a week.
Upto here the matter was fine.
i was checking out the new winter collection, suddenly the manager came and said how it got fade when we have sold out 12 pieces and you are the only one to report this defect.Why we haven't those 11 customers back also.
then i said -" iska matlab ye hua ki agar wo 11 customer nahi aaye aur mein aa gaya toh mein galat hua??"
manager- mein ye nahi keh raha par wo 11 customer bhi to aane chahiye, wo kyon nahi aaye
aur company ne kya theka le rakha hai kya zindagi bhar ka,, 700 rs. mein kya theka le rakha hai zindagi bhar ka,mujhe kya pata ki aapne ise kaise wash kiya hai itna bada showroom khol kar baitha hun to kya har customer se yun maal waapas leta rahunga,ye summer ka collection hai aur aapko summer me lana chahiye tha
me- meine kaha ki uncle sirf 4 mahine hi to hue hai aur aap zindagi bhar ka naam bata rahe ho, aur kya mein ise 2 mahine baad laata to aap change nai karte
manager- bilkul vaapas nahi karte aur aap itni hushiyari dikha rahe ho to ye lo t- shirt aur ye bill aur aapki jahan se himmat ho wahan se change krwa lo (repeated 2 to 3 times in a shouting manner).
iske alaawa bhi unhone bohat si baatein kahi
i am deeply hurt by what they say, completely distraughted how they insulted me
i want justice.
unhone mujhe baar baar ye kaha tha ki -" jahan se himmat ho aap ye t-shirt change karwa kar bata do"
apni shop ka ghamand karte hue kaha ki - itna bada showroom yun hi lekar nhi bethe
mein abhi bohat insulted feel kar raha hun
i hope that u will try to understand my feelings and process the case to the company and to give a lesson to the manager of the flying machine bikaner outlet to not to insult the customers.

When I tried to contact with company officials they keep on lingering the topic and after 4 months one of the company official Mr. Sanjeev had look on both the jeans and agreed to change them and a moth after same Mr. Sanjeev called me at one the store of Arvind Milles at Z- Square , Kanpur ,
As per in his instruction I went to Kanpur on my own expense but to my surprise there I faced a very insulting behaviour at the hand of company officials and after lot of repulsion they change only one jeans of mine and refuse to change the second one and alleged me that I have spoiled the jeans intensionaly by my self I told them that it is happen naturally I have no hand in that but they still refused to change the jeans and above all they threatened & abused me.
In spite of all my efforts I am still in deep problem and with no light of hopes from Arvind Milles (Flying Machine ).
This quite ridiculous and strange that such a big irrupted company an reputed company is behaving in such an awkward manner thus me left with no choice except bring this matter to our honourable court and to seek the justice.
