Sir,
This is to bring in to your kind notice that i purchased a ‘flying machine jeans’ from m / s. Frontline retail india pvt. Ltd. Shop no. 12, ground floor, city center mall, sector - 10, rohini delhi on 16. 07. 2014. The scanned copy of invoice issued in enclosed (Item no. 4) (Jeans) .
Yesterday on 31. 08. 2014 i went to the above mentioned store to get this jean replaced as the waste size was small. The store’s manager started arguing and misbehaved a lot. He demanded rs. 500. 00 extra for replacement (Size 36 to 38)
I requested him to take to his seniors but he told me that he is the senior most person and nobody is my senior and pushed me saying do whatever you can. On hearing this i left the jeans on the store counter and walked out.
You are requested to take a necessary action and expedite the matter and oblige.

    sir.im dr briender.i bought jeans on 5 july 2014 from lifestyle pacific mall subash nagar new delhi. on the same day i told sales boy that if size doesnt fit i might need to change the size.he agreed me to return within a month.today on 1st aug 2014 i came to change the size supervisior of the store mr raj kumar initially refused then agreed to buy another model with extra payment.which i refused.now he told me he will bring from another store after 10 days but he doesnt want to give me in written or on a recept of the company.when i asked abt legal action he doesnt even bother.pls suggest me what should i do.the insult suffered is imense.article code is;fmjn5227. dr briender singh tel no:[protected].

      I bought some clothes in flying machine, gvk one, hyderabad.. i shopped jeans of size 36 and i got to know later that they gave me the jeans of size 34.. i went to my hometown and then i came to know about this.. i dont know what to do now.!! help me..

        Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased flying machine jeans from Megamart Thane Godbhunder road on 26-10-13.When I washed after wearing for one time lot of colour (black) colour was discharged and after drying it has got faded and lot of white patches on the surface.We are buying by paying high money only because of the brand quality but if things are happening like this how do we beleive your brand in future?. Please do the needful to justify my money.

          Flying Machine is very Cheap Brand , they are selling bad quality of products in market , and the company official are very cheap and fraud peoples , I was thinking that these brand is very reputed but In real these brand is very un- reputed and cheap .. I will suggest to all please don't purchase any product of FLYING MACHINE .. because these is sure that the product will be defect after some time and FM will not change or replace their Cheap products ...

          Please Sir take any strict action against these type of FRAUD COMPANY .......

          Kindly find that I had bought two jeans of flying machine(Arvind Milles) from bhoothnath store , Bhoothnath Indra Nagar Lucknow , but in very short span of 3 or 4 moths they got spoiled on their own .
          When I tried to contact with company officials they keep on lingering the topic and after 4 months one of the company official Mr. Sanjeev had look on both the jeans and agreed to change them and a moth after same Mr. Sanjeev called me at one the store of Arvind Milles at Z- Square , Kanpur ,
          As per in his instruction I went to Kanpur on my own expense but to my surprise there I faced a very insulting behaviour at the hand of company officials and after lot of repulsion they change only one jeans of mine and refuse to change the second one and alleged me that I have spoiled the jeans intensionaly by my self I told them that it is happen naturally I have no hand in that but they still refused to change the jeans and above all they threatened & abused me.
          In spite of all my efforts I am still in deep problem and with no light of hopes from Arvind Milles (Flying Machine ).
          This quite ridiculous and strange that such a big irrupted company an reputed company is behaving in such an awkward manner thus me left with no choice except bring this matter to our honourable court and to seek the justice.
          please take strict action against the company because the company official did misbehave with us .

            Hi there,

            I am not sure if someone would read this or not but just to kill my frustration sake I am doing this. I hope some more people read this and don’t trust the brand just for the name sake of it.

            I bought two jeans one for myself and another one for my brother in law (as a gift) on 24/10/2011 for Diwali which costed me 1399. We both wore it happily over the festive season and drop it for a wash after 2 wearing.
            The biggest shock that came after the Diwali (bigger than the sound of atom bomb) was after watching the bunch of clothes we washed along with those jeans. Not only got that piece of cloth but other 4 -5 clothes (which were also fairly new) also vanished with the color expelled from those jeans.

            The black jeans turned blue in a moment (one wash) and also turned my other appraisals more colored than natural which are of no use after that because I didn’t wanted to look like Govinda of some late 90’s.

            I hope after reading this sad demise of my appraisals will de-motivate you for going for this brand.

Book no- 01, sireal No 065. and when i wear it first date 14 october that time its was broken from side.ITS TOTALLY LOCAL BRANDS FOR A NAME OF ORIGINAL BRANDS...So i gave it back for replacement on15october 2011.kindly replace a new orginal FLYING MACHINE JEANS.

                DEAR ALL,


                I had purchased a Jeans Pent of Flying Machine brand from "ATTITUDE" (The Garment Store) 13-Bhupindra Road, Patiala Ph.[protected] wide bill no. 1700 dated 12.02.2011 of Rs.1499/- to Gift someone . While purchasing i asked them to for exchange the product if it is not fit to the person for whom we are purchasing and then the shop head said that you can exchange without removing the tags etc. Now on 04.03.2011 we went to the store for exchange the pent because that is not fit to the person for whom it was purchased but the shop head refuse to exchange the same and also they collect the product from us and keep inside. Kindly help us on urgent basis.

                  I have bought two t-shirts dated 29/07/2010 detailed in bill's photo enclosing with this complaint.

                  On 18/11/2010, i went to the company outlet in my city to return the one of the t-shirt from those two because of it's color fade from the back side (enclosing the t- shirt's photo which is faded).

                  They agreed to take t- shirt and they put it in their drawer , giving me a receipt and said me that they will inform me on my contact no. in a week.

                  Upto here the matter was fine.

                  i was checking out the new winter collection, suddenly the manager came and said how it got fade when we have sold out 12 pieces and you are the only one to report this defect.Why we haven't those 11 customers back also.

                  then i said -" iska matlab ye hua ki agar wo 11 customer nahi aaye aur mein aa gaya toh mein galat hua??"

                  manager- mein ye nahi keh raha par wo 11 customer bhi to aane chahiye, wo kyon nahi aaye
                  aur company ne kya theka le rakha hai kya zindagi bhar ka,, 700 rs. mein kya theka le rakha hai zindagi bhar ka,mujhe kya pata ki aapne ise kaise wash kiya hai itna bada showroom khol kar baitha hun to kya har customer se yun maal waapas leta rahunga,ye summer ka collection hai aur aapko summer me lana chahiye tha

                  me- meine kaha ki uncle sirf 4 mahine hi to hue hai aur aap zindagi bhar ka naam bata rahe ho, aur kya mein ise 2 mahine baad laata to aap change nai karte

                  manager- bilkul vaapas nahi karte aur aap itni hushiyari dikha rahe ho to ye lo t- shirt aur ye bill aur aapki jahan se himmat ho wahan se change krwa lo (repeated 2 to 3 times in a shouting manner).



                  iske alaawa bhi unhone bohat si baatein kahi

                  i am deeply hurt by what they say, completely distraughted how they insulted me

                  i want justice.

                  unhone mujhe baar baar ye kaha tha ki -" jahan se himmat ho aap ye t-shirt change karwa kar bata do"

                  apni shop ka ghamand karte hue kaha ki - itna bada showroom yun hi lekar nhi bethe

                  mein abhi bohat insulted feel kar raha hun

                  i hope that u will try to understand my feelings and process the case to the company and to give a lesson to the manager of the flying machine bikaner outlet to not to insult the customers.

                  Flying Machine — Duplicate products in market

                  I have seen a shop at hyderguda .... Who sells all brand clothes specially flying machine with surity of them being original at a cost of 500-700 per jeans .... And when checked out they were all original brands ..... If it's a robbed material or the company I request you to please look into the matter

                  hello/my self ankit i wanaa ak some thing in my city flying machine showroom is recently open in croos point mall.they didnt give computerized bill.they cut hand wriiten bill.i think this is against compny rules and regulation.please tell me hand written bill is authorized by compny or not.please take action aginst those show room give hand written bill.

                      i was going to buy only a jeans in this showroom, when i selected the jean the attender told me sir buy any one clothing more you would get 1 clothing free under the scheme of buy 2 get 1 free, i found this scheme good so i stretched my budget and bought two clothing, but at the time of billing they diverted my attention into talks about yearly sales etc, and didn't tell any thing about the 3rd cloth i was in hurry so it just slipped out of my mind and even the attender was quite not speaking any thing, i paid the bill and went off, after reaching home and checking the clothes i found that there were only two clothes and i was like shocked that how come they didn't even informed me during billing, as attender was saying at the time i was choosing clothes.
                      so i checked the bill but there was no contact number, it took me around an hour just find out the right contact number, then i called them and told them everything, and suddenly there way of talking changed they became ruthless and misbehaving, i said that sir check if any thing could be done, firstly refused to even check the bill on computer and then after consistently forcing them they checked the bill and said we can't do anything, so i told them that refund me my money back as it was written on back of the bill that if clothes unopened they can be refunded within 15 days of purchase but he refused and said we can't even refund, i said OK sir if go to consumer court then, he said oh sure sir go but neither court or any one can help and i could hear his tone changing into more loud and misbehavior kind.And at the back some one was also laughing in showroom on this topic only i was so angry i said OK and shut the phone.
                      then i was like how fraud these people are and how come they get jobs.and from now I'm taking pledge that i would never buy flying machine again and nor i would recommend it to any of the person known or unknown.
                      hope my complaint would be listened and some action would be taken as soon as possible.
                      flying machine is a cheater brand and cheat and fraud people work here
