Today I went to purchase garments FM chandigarh ELANTE MALL met to manager of that store Mr. Deepak. I saw him all details which were received on my mobile he directly refused and talk with me badly about bonus card details and refused this matter discussion
I felt very bad at that time.if there was no scheme no available on FM store garments, why did you waste my time and credibility.
Now I will never purchase anything from FM store and not believe on bonus details.
Same suggestions will forward to my colleague, friends and family, never bring anything from FM.
All policies and bonus cards point are fake.

Really its a hectic with flying machine i order one item from flying machine website. On 13th september
I got a estimated delivery date of 18th september
When i started calling them they said from last one week it in bangalore from 17th now today i call dotzot service customer care so they said sir from flying machine we ger order but they didnt provide phone no. And adress to us now after then i called them they said to me we giving request for this why it is not shipped irresponsbility is high in flying machine persom they are just wasting time by giving argue

First of all the website is not user friendly. It is out dated. It has very limited access for users I cant cancel order myself, only back end has the right, I bought a t-shirts from Flyingmachine.co.in when I checked my order it was a different color t-shirt. immediately I cancelled the order there after I called on the help line number I had to call helpline 5 time which costed me another 50 rupees because they have no toll free number in today's time. I further investigated about the website and the company on my personal level. I came to know that company is bearing huge loss because its failure policies and cheap quality product.
Flyingmachine.co.in owes me 719/- rupees for cancelled order which paid through a cit***** credit card. And I believe that I am not going get this back

Now a days My washing machine has starting problem it makes unpleasant sounds in the begining of the run earlier it was no such sound... it picks up very late. Sometimes i need pause and start again to make it run. Yesterday it didnt pickup after trying for an hour and more finally washed them manually. Night again i tried after so long it started running.

I have bought a low rise skinny jack Flying Machine brand jeans, its SKU Code No.[protected] from Golden Heritage Shop No.56, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi-110023 on 13.07.2016 priced Rs.2199 and after off Rs.1385.37 while purchasing the jeans sales staff name Avdesh Kumar assured for exchange in case of any defects, I have just wore it 2 times and it grated below the Zip area. I went to the shop on 11.08.2016 for the said reason but shop owner name Vinit malani admitted that the fault from his sales staff side but he refused to exchange the jeans and started arguing with me even misbehaved with me. Please do the needful as early as possible

Hii i am rachit sharma.. I just buy a jean of black colour.. Its near about one month.. After wash its come like white colour. Then we just went to shop for complaint the shopkeeper give time to us for 15 days and when i went after 15 days they said no claim.. Thts not gud we buy a jean for rupess 2700. I wont it to replace

My issue is that i ordered a shirt from flyingmachine.Co.In website. And i received a different shirt. Moreover the shirt i'd received appeared to be a used shirt and also the price and model number tag of the shirt was not attached when i opened the packing. The bar code and the style on the tag of the wrong shirt which i had received was same as the original shirt. That means someone knowingly sent me the wrong product and put the tag of the original shirt inside. It appeared like a scam.
I called flying machine and sent them email stating everything on 9 june 2016. On 11 june 2016 a courier boy came and picked my shirt.
Today it is 21/06/2016 and i have not got any response from them. When i call them, they just say that it has not reached the ware house. Now its been 10 days the product has not reached the ware house, is it really possible.
I am short in money. I want them to give me the refund.

I had bought two jeans from flying machine, as the length of the jeans was more than that what I wanted, I requested to get it altered from bottom. This is a free service given by flying machine.

To my surprise the alteration was not done as per my given length and was done much shorter than what I wanted. I requested the sales person to get it rectify but they were not ready and were arguing with me.

I am really shocked at this kind of behavior of sales boy with the customer.
The incident took place on
10th june 8:00pm at store B 209 in Mall of India, noida sector 18.

I would request to kindly go through the video footage and check how flying machine sales boy behave with customer.

kindly give me an resolution to my problem ASAP.

H team, i bought a jeans 15 days back from relaince trend shopping mall. After 1st wash the colour got faded of the back side of jeans without any rough use.

How it can be possible for such big brand name .. Else people will loose their faith ultimately.

Would request you to kindly suggest the way out & guide the procedure to replace the jeans.

I Have buyed 2 flying machine jackets n they both are defected pieces, i had contacted the store at district centre, janakpuri regarding the return of the defected product but they hve dismissed the return request and they were not at all cooperative as well. This behaviour is inappropriate whatsoever.. I cant just let my hard earned money worth more than 4000 bucks for one jacket just go waste like this..
I need your guys support or otherwise i will have to find the other way round..
I had bought this jacket from Flying machine authorised store at district Centre Janakpuri, new delhi.. I hv just wore it twice and i hv nt washed or got dry cleaned it even once.

Sir/madam Today[protected] i bought a swaeter worth rs.1322 after 40% discount from flying machine outlaw in sarita vihar/ saheen bagh new delhi. I got some issues and i got back to the outlaw to exchange my sweater and the manager said that we cannot exchange this product because its under company's law. Sir my product is with tag and bill and they didnt mentioned it on bill nor they informed me at the time of billing. Please do something i'm a regular customer of flaying machine. Thanks

I bought a pair of black jeans 3-4 months back and now it is torn without being used much .Disappointed with the product.

booked one denim shirt and jeans on 03/07/15 vide order no[protected].1 item i.e shirt delivered on 08/07/15 but problem in size and next size not available.Hence advised for return and refund.But till date the item has not been picked up as promised by Mr.Faisal vide mail.On 13/07/15 due to nonavailability of jeans i was asked what to do that too after 12 days.I opted for refund.That too is not initiated.What a mess.Repititive phone calls to [protected] sans positive response.Only stock reply we r looking over the matter.Its a big blot on such a company.Dont know what to do.Somebody pl.help

I had purchased three jeans and 2 t-shirts from your showroom which is at crystal court malviya nagar jaipur rajasthan on 28th june 2015. but unfortunately out of them 2 jeans were defected during first use. when we had contacted at showroom they denied for replace the same. Hi, I am ruguler user of flying machine garments because I like it but today I am very disappoint for your service because today I visit (M.G Road, Agra) outlet and I have buy all product this outlet and today I visit for defect shirt which bought more than 10 months and I have no bill for this shirt because I miss it and mostly bill I have miss and I ask for this shirt for any solution but there is one of your senior staff (ASM -Operation) talk to very rude way and not listen any word only said I can't solution and I said please talk politely but he use very rude way and I said please check it in your database because I miss the bill but he can't listen any word and so today I have decide I can't purchase any article from your company even I publish in social media to stop buy because your company senior staff don't know how to deal with customer Nitin Jain [protected]

ppl please dont waist money in FM .quality of cloths is zero comma zero here .better you buy your cloths from a cheap shop but dont even go in this shop. I bought non leather jacket in mohali last month.i dont know, which material it is built from .it costs me 5000 rupees, just after one month it is getting ripped off from sleeves ...man this is 5000 rupees, better i would have bought some 500 rupees jacket from sec.22 or sec.19 ...never never again .

Dear sir /madam, I bought a jeans pant on 27th November, 2014 from Chandannagar Flying Machine showroom. After that I busy with my brother 's wedding. Now before 3 days ago I go to change the pant, but the shopkeeper told that he can't. In the bill no mention about any day for changes. Now what's my fault?
