I have purchased one Jeans from city dealer of Flying Machine Products named - "BINDAL FASHION" having Address - 184, Abu Lane, Meerut-250001. After 1st time wash product loose its original shape and colour and found defective. During the wearing it first time a spoun of curd is liked on the jeans even spots of the same is not cleanout on 1st time wash. I approached to the dealer with product and show them and explain all the situation. Dealer ensure me for the resolution or change the product and ask me to wait for the week. Even after waiting 3 weeks I approached again to the dealer to know the status, than dealer deny to exchange the product or refund the money. At the time of purchasing the product salesman and dealer counts the quality of product so high and ensures if anything found defective or if product looses colour than I have a right to change it but when it happens really they deny for the change.
I have a doubt that is BINDAL FASION selling the original product of Fly Machine or he uses to sell the old products with dyeing on them? Or its not the responsibility of FLYING MACHINE to check the quality of product before removing the same from factory?
I request the consumer court to help me to change the product or refund my amount.
I have no other option as their is a lot of difference i dealer behavior At the time of Sale and at the time of exchange.
