We wish to bring to your notice about the unacceptable delay in delivering our parcel booked from jammu on 12th september.
Even after 10 days, this parcel has not been delivered to us.
The most humiliating experience is that the head-office (Mumbai) phone numbers mentioned on their website do not work.
We have been trying to call their mumbai head office and local bangalore office since last 5 days. Whenever we are able to connect to their local bangalore service center, the staff there, instead of helping in tracking the parcel, displays the most rude and unprofessional behavior, as if we made a mistake in booking our parcel through this courier company.
This company has no, i repeat no professionalism and no one should ever use this courier company

Flyking Courier Services Customer Care's response You cannot be helped because for saving money you book the parcel in surface mode. On top of that there was a mis-loading which happened at the railway side which was informed to you probably 100 times. Your parcel as of now is declared mis-loaded / Lost. Necessary action is been taken to correct the same.
