Parcel sent to us from delhi vide your c. Note no.[protected] dated 16.10.2018 has not been received by us till date, on inquiring from your delivery office at park street kolkata, we are told by your ms. Pinki that the said parcel has been delivered to us on 27.10.2018 at 3 p. M. Which is completely false as we have not received the said parcel till date neither we have made payment of courier charges to any one.

We are told that the consignment note carries our stamp and signature mentioning parcel delivered. On inquiring, we were given e-mail id [protected]@teamunited.net to forward to them our e-mail id through which they will forward the consignment note showing our stamp and signature which mentioned delivery made. Since sending our mail id and inquiring on phone, we are told that they have not received our mail as well as they are now ignoring our phone calls. We also forwarding the mail sent to your delivery office as desired by them for your reference and immediate action.

Kindly do the needful immediately and oblige.

I regret to inform that we have sent a courier dated 25th august, 2018 via flyking courier, tracking number[protected] containing admission documents of our students and a cheque as well that is still missing. The last date to submit our students' forms was 03rd september, we were committed that the courier will reach in maximum 2 days as the delivery address was okhla only. If we track it shows no information at all. The services provided from your end are very very poor. You guys dont feel the responsibility. We sent it using your services as we had faith in you and now all has been gone in vain as the courier guy is still clueless where the courier is. He has no information at all about the cosignment.

I am waiting for its delivery from last 7 days but not received yet and now i submit my complaint to kashmir gate office owner mr. Anil but he did give me any proper answer and now he is not picking my phone. So please solve my problem.

A consignment has been sent from delhi to gorakhpur by flyking courier on date 25.04.2018. I have not received the consignment in gorakhpur till now. Consignment no. Is[protected]. Whenever i call the representative of flyking courier in gorakhpur, he used to tell that he is not in office and cut the phone saying my courier boy is not there. I am facing a financial loss due to not having that assignment to me in gorakhpur. Please do the needful.

Our courier sent form delhi on 08/03/2018 vide docket no :[protected] from kolkata. Till date the courier not delivered to the party & not response from mr sanjay of delhi (Bawana), he is such an ir-responsible person who don't know how to talk with the client.
I am very much unsatisfied with the services of this bawana branch, why are you all keeping such kind of person in your branch.
Please use to keep literate people to work on day to day basis.
This people are too much shameless neither have any responsibility to solve this matter.

Non delivery of courier. Had sent a courier through skyking courier kolkata, headed by rahul saraogi to bangalore in the name of c. R. Sanjay on 10.2.18 not delivered till date (12.3.18). Very unprofessional, rahul has no answer to the where being of the courier, he does not take the call or answer the messages. The c. No is[protected]. It has reached bangalore but not delivered, shows the online status. Need immediate action to be taken against this and need the refund for the same.

We send our examination fees with original demand draft through your courier service. Our consignment note no. Is[protected] but as per track n trace portal we found our material deliver after 37 days.

Our exam fees not reached at time and i am suffering due to your company service.in this time we not appear in exam due to delay in delivery with your end. As per your record our letter reached in kolkatta on 15/10/2017 but your team delay in delivery more than one month and you loss your opportunity.

We go to consumer form and demand compensation for worst courier service. You destroy our carrier and dark our future opportunity.

Booked a courier (Tracking number:[protected] from raipur on nov 6th 2017. It did not reach till nov 11 2017. When tried to trace. It was showing courier has returned to raipur.

Tried calling there customer care number given in their site but none of them were valid.

There tracking site shows phone number of mumbai and hyderabad[protected] but they also don't connect.
Finally reached out to number provided by the branch where it was booked, after multiple tries they said its coming back but don't know the reason.

They do not have any valid number for customers anywhere and service is very poor. Never use there service.

It was very urgent and important document, which i don't know where it is and why it was not delivered in first place.

They are theif. I ordered my product from shopclues on 2nd october and i got notification that they delivered my courier on 17th october. But i didn't get any courier. M called them they were giving excuses that we will deliver tomorrow but there tomorrow didn't come nd nw today when i called them they said ur id is wrong.. It's a worst courier company.. Bloody #

We wish to bring to your notice about the unacceptable delay in delivering our parcel booked from jammu on 12th september.
Even after 10 days, this parcel has not been delivered to us.
The most humiliating experience is that the head-office (Mumbai) phone numbers mentioned on their website do not work.
We have been trying to call their mumbai head office and local bangalore office since last 5 days. Whenever...

We had sent a courier from kolkata to coimbatore. The date of the courier is 16/08/2017 which was received there in coimbatore on 19/08/2017. The party where the address was given it hasnt reached there. And when i contacted the coimbatore number[protected] they said that it is out of their coverage area. If the courier will not be receiving by today then i would have to lodge a complain in consumer court. My docket number is[protected].

Dear team we have dispatched a packet from hdfc gharaunda for noida on 10 july till date packet is not delivered. And our courier vendor rohtash is not showing any interest to track the courier. Noida office is saying courier delivered on 13 july but not providing any receving for last 3 days. Pls resolve our probleum to day on uegent basis.

On 08th jun17, i have couriered from jamshedpur, jharkhand to barbil, odisha and raigarg, chhatisgarh vide c note no[protected], 3220, 3221. Till date (16th jun17) it has not delivered to concerned persons. If a courier cervice shall take more than 8 days then it is very difficult to rely on them. Pl. Assist to deliver the courier fast, as its very urgent.

I had sent a courier on 27 th of april 2017 via flyking courier services in Rishra, West Bengal with the consignment number,[protected], but the parcel has not reached the destination Delhi. It shows that the parcel cannot be traced. On asking the courier people in Rishra, Kolkata and Delhi the replies are very rude.They Are misbehaving on asking about the parcel.

On 22nd august a cheque was dispatch from kolkata to baripada and we received this cheque on saturday (27/8/16) though tthere was written that its very urgent in-spite of that we received this very late and now we have to pay late fee for your delay service.
