Hi Team,

MY brother had couriered a parcel from Flyking Gurgaon Mianwali colony office to Pune Rahatani on 0st August 2016, tracking number[protected]. The parcel contains Medical bills which i need on urgent basis for Income tax purpose. I am having monetary loss because of this. Today is 16th August and yet I have not received the parcel. We have placed multiple calls to them asking about the parcel to Mr Virender Singh on [protected]/[protected]. His team firstly dont answer the call and if mistake the pick the call then they say that Pune office nobody is picking the phone so we can't say anything. My brother has paid multiple visit and made multiple calls to Gurgaon Office. I haev tried complaining in Head office in Mumbai but nobody takes this seriously. From Mumbai head office I spoke to Asmita between 2-3.00PM, she is saying the tracking number is incorrect, however the number mentioned on the receipt is same only. when I told that i want to complaint then she disconnected the phone saying i need to gain get in touch with Gurgain Office only.

Please advise how can i get my parcel and all the financial/mental harassment me and my family went through.

    No buddy is telling where is the material. Flyking raipur person is telling lie and very rough words using.
    My consignment no:[protected]/07/2016. Till today there is no update. What can i do. And where i can search. I cant understand.

    We have send one drill machine to Maharashtra dated: 30.04.2016, Docket no[protected].from jharsuguda, Odisha, but till yet the machine is not yet delivered. The last option i have to go to cusumer form.

        I sent a courier to Jabong -Gurgaon from coimbatore by mistake, and later I found that they have shifted to Delhi.So they did not accept my courier.So I contacted coimbatore office about the return parcel and they said that its yet to come.I sent the courier on 24/06 and till date I havent received the courier.Now Jabong will not accept the return as the period of 15 days is over.The staff at the coimbatore kept saying that they need to contact Delhi and Bangalore and kept giving me different times to call.Now the local landline number is out of service and the mobile number is not picked up.
        Tracking number[protected].I want to send this to delhi ASAP.If Jabong denies to accept-you guys have to compensate the cost of product

          Hi,

          I booked two parcel with flyking on 25/5/2016 from gurgaon to siliguri : number[protected].7kg) and[protected]kg).
          However, i have received only one parcel at siliguri number[protected].

          The other parcel is still missing.
          I have contacted at gurgaon office, kolkata office but i am being only assured that the parcel is being found.
          My marriage is due on 11th of july 2016 and the parcel contains important clothes for my marriage.

          I am so tensed, can i get a responsible person to handle it on urgent basis.

          I never expected such from a trusted courier company.

          Waiting for a satisfactory response at the earliest.

            I have booked my parcel vide c/n no.[protected] on 26/04/2016 (My mothers medicine) after his assurance that he will deliver the same on 28/04/2016 but till 02/05/2016 they have not delivered the same.

            When i have inquired the same to booking agent whose mob no. - [protected] he has no answer and told me i will let you know withing a hour the exact position but not answered and 4 hours lapsed when i tried to call him on his mobile he did't pick my call after 10-15 calls he picked and told me do not disturb me any more and whatever you can do proceed i am unable to trace the goods.

                Its really very sad that the parcels that are sent could not be tracked at all. Consg No[protected] dt 06th Jan 16 has not been delivered and in the net it shows that it has been forwarded from Kolkata to Bangalore Hub. What will a normal person understand at this record. Its already a week. Kindly help me to get my parcel at the earliest.

                  Mu consignment no is[protected] dated 06th January 16 from Kolkata to Bangalore. Today is 13th January 16 and the consignment neither could be tracked nor delivered to the address, Further none of the customer care phone numbers are working. Customers are not getting reply even on mail sent to them through support mail id. The service is pathetic to the core. It seems the company does not even understand the meaning of courier service and the importance of deliveries. Unlike the company we have commitments and need to face various situations till we receive delivery of the courier.

                    My Father booked a parcel No.[protected] on 23rd of December 2015 from Ambikapur, Chhattishgarh to Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Parcel didn't reached till date ie 05th Jan 2016. I called Noida office many a times to know the status, but everytime they sayid that we dont deliver in the particular address and when cross checked in Ambikapur they gave response that we do deliver in Shatabdi Enclave Sector-49 Noida. Today ie 05th Jan 2016 when i called in Noida office on [protected] got a response that the parcel has sent back to Ambikapur, Chhattishgarh as we don't deliver on the Given Address. Our first question to Flyking is, if they don't have service in Particular Area in Noida How did they booked it other state for the delivery? And Majorily the courier is not being sent back as my father havent recieved it yet. So wheres is the Parcel?? Kindly do take a proper action against them as its a mental harrassment.

                      On December 12, 2015 my relative booked one consignment from Chapra, Bihar ( No.[protected] for Delhi and after lapse of almost 10 days repeat 10 days i received a call from Nehru Place of Delhi branch to collect the aforesaid consignment on December 21, 2015. Staff of flyking said that they are unable to deliver the item at my place (Pincode Delhi-25) and said that in this cinnection they circulated memo across india despite that my consignment was booked from chapra. After enquiry from my side flyking simply said that my consignment will be returned. Then i collected the item on December 22, 2015.My complain is why my consignment was booked if delivery facility at my place not available second from Chapra to Delhi took almost 10 days but unit of Chapra assured to provide delivery after 4-5 days. And lastly despite fault of flyking the behaviour of your staff at Nehru place was not good.I was totally disappointed from your behaviour as well as your service.

                          I had sent a courier package from KOLKATA(CHOWRINGHEE road branch) on 16.10.2015, being Consignment No.[protected]
                          The courier was sent by me from Kolkata to Chennai.


                          After a lot of follow-ups with thier office in Kolkata and Chennai we got to know that the parcel is misplaced and not delivered till date.
                          We called up the Chennai office, they said the person concerned who took the courier is not coming to work.
                          The courier had 2 dressed for a baby, 6 pcs bangles and clips.
                          The total value of the goods was Approximately 900 Rupees.
                          But the declared valkue as per them wasd only 200. They said they can only refund 200 whereas they themselves had put the value.
                          I had sent the package with my staff to the courier office.
                          I want my parcel back, i do not need a refund. The materials in it had some sentiments attached to it.

                          They have not been able to track my parcel and deliver it to the given address or refund me the amount back.
                          Its been more than a month now. Neither theirrepresentatives were cordial enough to talk and sort out the issue. I have wasted a lot of time on this as well.
                          I would recommend anyone to use Flyking.
                          I had also sent a complaint letter to them on 17.11.2015, but they refused to accept it and give me a copy of the same.

                            My consignment No:[protected] was couriered on 02/11/15 from Kolkata to Indore.I tracked my consignment online and found out that my courier reached Indore on 03/11/2015. It is almost 2 weeks now my courier is still not being delivered. I have called them at their kolkata office and indore office more than 10 times and each time they say they will deliver but nothing happens. I even emailed them regarding this issue and now they are saying no concerns were raised on this issue. Please look into this matter asap. Thanks!

                              I had sent one parcel of Kaju barfi from your kalighat franchaisee to Bengaluru-93 vide C/No.[protected] dt[protected].The parcel reached Bengaluru hub on[protected] but after a lot of chasing both at Kolkata and Bengaluru hub and the concerned deliveryman the parcel was finally delivered to recepient on 10th Nov in open condition mutilated and wet condition.I therefore claim Rs400+ courier charges of Rs 126 for such delay and carelessness on your part alternatively I will approach legal foram for an redressal.

                                I had a package with extremely crucial documents to be delivered from Cuttack to Bangalore. Firstly there was a delay of more than 10 days for the package to reach Bangalore and on top of that I never received the package. On speaking to the customer care officials, apart from the rude behavior that I was subjected to, no help was extended towards tracking of the documents in spite of several requests and calls. First I called the Bangalore Flyking courier office number[protected], where I faced rude behavior and no information was shared. Then I called the Fly king customer care number ([protected]) where I was directed to the same Bangalore number. The officials are just desperate to hang up the phone without listening to what the customer has to say. Extremely disappointed with the service in terms of both delivery and customer care.But more than that I'm in dire need of the documents. PS: refer the attached image

                                I had the same experience. The tracker on website shows that the package has arrived in Bangalore on 22nd November. Yet it has not been delivered at my place yet.

                                I have been calling the Bangalore Flyking courier office number[protected] since 28th and since then they keep saying it is out for delivery, yet the package never arrives.

                                The woman who answered the phone has been rude from the very beginning. Today when I called for the 3rd time, she actually shouted at me for taking up and wasting HER TIME with my useless enquiries. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

                                As of 30th November the package has not been delivered.

                                FAIL 1: Package sitting at the facility for 8 days and still not delivered.
                                FAIL 2: Rude response to customer enquiries
                                FAIL 3: Instead of apologizing for their failures, they are shouting at the customers.

                                Emailed Fyking Customer Care (both head office & regional office) on 10th December in order to lodge a complaint and receive some status update. Follow up email sent on 12th December. Email has been sent by both me and the sender of the package.

                                Still no response from anyone/anywhere. Let alone solving the issue, I was not even contacted for enquiries. Package was not delivered and neither was it returned to the sender and no refund of the money either. Here are the email ids that were marked in the complaint.

                                I am giving up on ever receiving the package that I was sent. No one has taken any action at all except for charging money for the service that was not rendered and misbehaving with customers.

                                Despite sending mails to both local office & the headquarters, (from both sender & receiver addresses) we have not received any response at all from any ends at all.

                                The consumer forum seems to be filled with complaints against Flyking and yet their response and service are worst. Does making complaints have any effect at all?

The courier person asking me to collect the courier from courier office & when I have visited today at 7PM (Eve), they told that our person has left & we are busy in despatching the couriers & asking me to come tomorrow. We are not expecting such a behaviour from Flyking person, Fly king is the cheapest & reliable courier service that every one knows, such type of attitude gave me fully disheartened. I am in urgent of the courier as it contains some docs of medical treatment. kindly advice & help me in this matter.

                                        Worst is a very small word for these guys, utterly crap service, my courier did not reach to me its been 10 days and still counting with no proper reply or answer by these looters. There is no centralize portal where I can track my parcel, they keep on giving me a new number contact to get update about my parcel. As the document is very imp to me and if its wont get delivers in the next 2 days its will be a big loss for me. Please help me to recover my parcel as soon a possible.
