I have booked my parcel vide c/n no.[protected] on 26/04/2016 (My mothers medicine) after his assurance that he will deliver the same on 28/04/2016 but till 02/05/2016 they have not delivered the same.

Its really very sad that the parcels that are sent could not be tracked at all. Consg No[protected] dt 06th Jan 16 has not been delivered and in the net it shows that it has been forwarded from Kolkata to Bangalore Hub. What will a normal person understand at this record. Its already a week. Kindly help me to get my parcel at the earliest....
