Flymantra — No refund

My booking ID is FLY09057518

I have booked a ticket on 9th may but it was not confirmed due to which i had to cancel it.

I have spoken to many operators from flymantra for refund.They are saying it will be refunded but now its more than 10 working days. No money is refunded.
Everytime I call there is only message from IVR that executives are busy. The customer services is also very poor.

Please help else I need to take help from legal authorities
