HI, The sat on my money for one full month but dint send a confirmed ticket. The return ticket booked for the journey had to be refunded. Am tired of calling / writing mails but there has been no response to it (Issue No FLY[protected] Terribly disappointing .. am short of words to express my disappointment with the services
