FnP — Cake not delivered... Nor refunded

I placed an order for a Cake Delivery to my friend's address for her wedding anniversary - order No 63239241 on 20th june around 2 pm. I had ordered last year also and it was delivered to the same location without any issue. As till 7 pm, the cake was not delivered, I called the FnP customercare to remind about the delivery. At that time, the CS agent told me that the delivery person tried to contact my friend and as there was no response the cake was not delivered. I was not contacted by FnP, although I had given my contact number and email. No calls came from FnP or its delivery agent No missed call no email intimation. Extremely poor service from FnP. I thought they will deliver the cake at least after that complaint. But no delivery took place.

The next day, I called them again and lodged a complaint about non-delivery and placed a request for refund. During the last 1 week, I made 3 more calls but in vain. Neither delivery nor refund is made.
I asked FnP about escalation contacts. To my surprise, I was told that there is NO escalation process supported by the company. FnP seems to be highly dis-organised not have any escalation mechanism, that too when dealing sensitive services like gifting delivery for important and timely occassions like anniversary, birthday etc

I urge FnP to REFUND the money paid towards the order
