Fone2Order.com — cheating me for buying mobile redmi note 5

I ordered a redmi note 5 phone through fone2order.com on 24th october 2018. They made me pay initial amount of 2000 rupees through mobikwik however they failed to deliver the product and told me that they will refund me 2000 rupees on 29th october 2018. However they cheated me. Please find the details mentioned below

I want my 2000 rupees back with penalty.
I repeatedly calling but no answer from them i requesting you please kindly see this matter
