I ordered a redmi 5a phone through fone2order.com on 24th september 2018. They made me pay initial amount of 2000 rupees through mobikwik however they failed to deliver the product and told me that they will refund me 2000 rupees on 25th october 2018. However they cheated me. Please find the details mentioned below.
