I have ordered new Mobile iPhone 5S but Mobile is not receive and contact us to company but Company employee are not response Its Javed Alli contacted +[protected] but He is phone this phone switch off I have deposited to processing fee 1500/- and first installment 3000/- total cost is 4500/- but iPhone 5S not receive please help me this is my mobile no-[protected]

I have paid in advance 60% of of Redmi Note 3 32GB ( Price Rs 10990/-) in 3 days ago but no product till now received and i try to contact but no response get from your end over telephone on via mail.
please tell me what is the problem other wise refund the same amount as early as possible
