I was told by fonoholic that pay 15% tax of 3000 rs. I. E 450 rs. Which ll be refundable with 3000 i. E 3000 + 450 =3450 which fonoholic ll return u, these r such a big #, they took 450 rs. After cheating me & didn't return my 3000 rs. Please help me asap & return my valueable money i. E 3450 rs. I trust u as u r a consumer court & only u can help me.

    They had cheated me with 3450 rs. 3000 for mobile & 450 as tax for returning 3000 rs. Now they r not listening also, please return my 3450 rs. as i am a serviceman & cannot afford loss of 3450 rs. please return my cheated amount asap.I would be very thankful to u.

    Fonoholic guys told me they will refund my cheated amount of rs.3000 + 450 =3450 when i ll pay 15% tax of 3000 rs. i.e 450 rs. but didn't recieve my refund yet.Tell me ll i get my refund or not.

      I got a call from[protected] from fonoholic.com that u have paid us 3000 rs. For ordering ur mobile, i[censored] want ur refund, then pay 15% tax of 3000 rs. I. E 450rs. Before 12 pm & then we will give ur 3000 + 450 rs. Of tax total 3450 to ur paytm wallet, i paid the tax, now the no. Of that #, rascal is switched off. These guys r the biggest rascals i have ever seen in my life.

For refunding the amount of 3450 rs. They r fully trained cheaters, how to cheat customers & cheat more & more money from them. They r the shameless creatures i hv ever seen in my entire life. Please solve my issue asap.

        Sir,
        I had book a mobile on fonoholic site in sep-2016 gionee s6s on emi paymet bu my mobile phone was not received at stipulated time i was paid Rs. 1500 in cash at the time of Parcel verification and Rs. 1625 is First EMI from Bank Bank account but company was not deliver my mobile phone so i have canceled my order and raise refund request of Rs.3125. I have received a call from fonoholic mobile no. [protected] regarding refund payment in my account fonoholic assistant said, i have received court order for payment pending refund to the customer and demand rs. 469 as service tax payment i have paid 469 in company paytm no. [protected] but i have not received my refund amount so it is request to you please help me and do needful.
        fonoholic company cheated end number of person and government so please take huge legal action against company.

          Fonoholic.com इस कंपनी ने मेरे से 6041 रुपए लिए थे मोबाइल को EMI पर देने के लिए और मैंने इन के कस्टमर केयर पर काफी बार बात की ओर मेने पैसे वापस देने के लिए कहा लेकिन उन्होंने पैसे वापस देने से मना कर दिया और आज मुझे मेल किया है कि आपको 906 रूपए और देने होंगे जब हम आपका पैसा रिफंड करेंगे यह कंपनी मुझे फर्जी लगी इसलिए मैं पैसा नहीं दे रहा क्योंकि मुझे पहले वाला पैसा नहीं मिला इस कंपनी ने मेरे जैसे ही पता नहीं कितने कस्टमर्स को ठगा है इस पर सख्त कार्यवाही करें इससे संबंधित सारे कागजात में नीचे दे रहा हूं

          Www.fonoholic.com इस साइट पर मैंने एक फोन बुक किया EMI पर उसके बाद मुझे एक पार्सल आया वह रिसीव करने को के लिए कहा और 15 सो रुपए कैश ऑन डिलीवरी देने के लिए कहा मैंने पार्सल लिया और पैसे दिए और उन्होंने कहा कि आपके पास आपका प्रोडक्ट आ जाएगा और आपको कुछ कागजात देने होंगे मैं जब 10 15 दिन बाद मेरा प्रोडक्ट नहीं आया तो मैंने उनको फोन किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि आपको पहली EMI ऑनलाइन जमा करवानी होगी तो मैंने कहा आपने ऐसा पहले नहीं बोला था उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा यही रूल है और मैंने फर्स्ट EMI उनके अकाउंट में जमा करवा दी उसके बाद भी मुझे मेरा प्रोडक्ट नहीं मिला और मैंने अपने पैसे रिफंड मांगे उनसे तो उन्होंने कई बार बात की लेकिन मुझे मेरा पैसा वापस नहीं मिला आज पांच छह महीने हो गए मुझे मेरा पैसा वापस नहीं मिला और मुझे मेल किया गया आज की आपको 906 रुपए और देने होंगे जब हम आपका टिकट वापस करेंगे यह कोर्ट का आदेश मिला है हमें मैंने इस कंपनी पर विश्वास नहीं किया और मैंने पैसे जमा नहीं करवाए क्योंकि मुझे पहले वाले पैसे नहीं मिले थे इस कंपनी के नंबर मैं नीचे दे रहा हूं 07939593211 9311735466 9311962681

Company call me various number for deposit of 3000/- i deposit the said amount smart infotech account no but till to 3 months either mobile or money cannot refunded by this comapany, if i will case immediately.               Fonoholic is 200% fraud, it has done fraud with me with 3000rs.They r the biggest shameless creatures i have ever seen in my entire life, i have done many complaints in almost all consumer courts, but for no use, no reply at all, they only call once when i submit a complaint & say we r refunding ur amount, after that call no reply at all i only get calls from these nos. [protected] & [protected].Proofs r in the attachments regarding fraud done wid me.

                I got a call from fonoholic with dese 2 nos.
                [protected] & Parveen Kumar [protected], they say only 1 thing give us ur debit card no. we ll transfer ur amount from debit card to debit card i said i hv given all my bank account details to u deposit in my bank account, but no they only wanted debit card no. i know they wanted to withdraw money from debit card no. they r such a big moreons & cheaters please help me asap, if they realy wanted to refund my money, they could send a cheque of 3000rs. to my address, but no they only wanted debit card no.i told them i am not having any debit card no. but again they said i[censored] want ur refund then give us ur debit card no. please reply asap.

But till now I d'nt received mobile and when I contact to fonoholic's executive, he told me to contact customer care, but the number provided to contact is not work.                             We had gone through this website www.fonoholic.com.They are providing the mobiles, in a monthly emi scheme. We had checked the website and applied for micromax with 12 month emi @ rs 1290 per month. After submitting the details. They had called and asked to pay the amount of rs 2700 for 1st month emi processing fees fees 1500i had paid still i have not yet received my shipment, i have requested them to refund the amount i.                                 Myself sanjeev mukherjee i had booked a lenovo handset on 17th oct and paid rs 3000 in induslind bank.. Neither i recieved my handset confirmation... Pls refund back my money and cancel the order.
                                Now they r behaving in avery bad manner and speaking abusive words. They said the phone will be delivered with 2 hours. But its being 48 hours.                                   I'm booked a apple iPhone 5s. Bt its delivery not done yet. More than 4000Rs I'm paid. Bt not receive any calls or sms from their delivery team. One lady called back and told an executive will reach yo within 3PM 14/10/16. But not anyone contact me. I'm called them a lot of time. But not anyone responding, some times they disconnecting calls.

                                  Sir, i have placed an order for lenevo vibe k4 note at fonoholic.com . i have only recieved a wrist and paid 1500 to the courier boy. Again i was asked to deposit 2000, i did the same still i have not receive any courier.

                                    I have paid in advance 60% of of Redmi Note 3 32GB ( Price Rs 10990/-) in 3 days ago but no product till now received and i try to contact but no response get from your end over telephone on via mail.
                                    please tell me what is the problem other wise refund the same amount as early as possible

                                      I had booked a Samsung j 7-6 phone a month before. I had paid rs 1500
                                      on recieving the address verification courier and, after ten days i had been asked to pay my first EMI rs 1300+200 in a state bank of india account.
                                      I had also paid the amount on the same day i got the call. Till now i have not recieved any product. Either i want the product that i booked or i want my money back.

                                        Hi i m vinay kumar I was given 1 mobile order Samsung j7 2016 model from fonoholic.com, after 3 days I recved a call from this number [protected] one girl is told me our courior boy is visit your home address pls give the processing fee 1500 rs so I give the 1500 rs. again after 2 days I recved a call from [protected] nmber one man was said this call from fonoholic.com for confirmation call i[censored] want mobile then you need to must pay first 4000 rs after we send your mobile... so I request to you pls stop this cheater company and why many more cheater company in the India. pls do something and closed this company. and take the action. pls give me reply results. thanks.
