Fonokart.com — bad customer care service

I ordered a phone cover from fonokart but they sent a wrong one. asked me to mail back in exchange for correct one. I did this but then they called that the case I want they don't have it and offered a refund in wallet i agreed, but i did not get any refund. When i followed up they said they have not received a package yet.
I went back to courier company and sent them the name and number of the person who received it. They then agreed on receiving it.its been 2 month neither i got my money (Rs- 445/- ) neither a correct phone cover. No reply to my emails and on call they ask me to mail.

it seem like a fraud company
