I ordered a phone cover from fonokart but they sent a wrong one. asked me to mail back in exchange for correct one. I did this but then they called that the case I want they don't have it and offered a refund in wallet i agreed, but i did not get any refund. When i followed up they said they have not received a package yet.
I went back to courier company and sent them the name and number of the person who received it. They then agreed...

I've ordered for mi note 5pro back case... Ive received the delivery... But the case is tooo loose to my phone... Wrost products... Waste of spending 500rps on ur products... What should i do now... It's completely a waste of time for me to return this product... Please do not sell such products which to the customers. Its too disappointing for me after see the case...

I had to return the order 11110 which I ordered from fonokart. As stated on the site i sent the shipment back and it reached the specified place within 10days which was[protected]. Since then i have been trying to contact the site and have reveived no response regarding my refund amount. Refund amount has also not been updated in the wallet. No one is picking phone number provided on the site and neither are they replying to the multiple mails...

I placed an order #1789 for 2 oneplus 5t mobile tic tac toe case on 14 jan however still not received the order.

It's frustrating since there aren't any updates too on my order either email or sms.

I tried contacting fonokart through their support email [protected]@fonokart.com however i haven't received any response.

It has been 13days now since i have made the purchase but not received the product...

I've bought a mobile cover from this website which then i found it to be of poor quality and was not the same as it seemed in the pictures. So i returned the item and requested for a refund. I contacted one of their customer service and she actually spoke to me about the return and refund and everything was sorted. I even asked if i should directly come to their office for the return and she was like it will be convenient for me to just courier...

I ordered 2 back covers of mi redmi note 4 and after dileverd i saw that covers are different as per mentioned in the picture. After then i mail them regarding return or refund of it but they didn't response to my mails and quality is also not no good. Then i again mail them regarding the return of product they simply ignored it. At last sent a mail regarding warning that if they shouldn't reply and give solution to my problem i will file...
