Fonokart.com — payment made online but product not delivered

I placed an order #1789 for 2 oneplus 5t mobile tic tac toe case on 14 jan however still not received the order.

It's frustrating since there aren't any updates too on my order either email or sms.

I tried contacting fonokart through their support email [protected]@fonokart.com however i haven't received any response.

It has been 13days now since i have made the purchase but not received the product whereas the initial order confirmation email says it would be delivered in 2-3days. Also, now their website shows my order as fulfilled but i have not received the ordered.

This is a case of consumer cheating by taking the money upfront but not providing the promised service.

I would like to have a refund for my order as i have seen other complaints too about the same company complaining about the quality of their product and different product shipped then what they ordered.
