I want to draw your kind attention to problem of vehicle bought by my school (Force traveller t2 school bus – bsiv) on[protected] by broadway auto engineers plot no. 75 industrial area phase-1 chandigarh 160001, india. Since the date of purchasing this van is continuously giving us problem in engine. It has been run only 7, 455 km. (Seven thousand four hundred fifty five kilo meters). It had been sent for servicing to workshop[protected] and[protected] to broadway auto engineers plot no. 75 industrial area phase-1 chandigarh 160001. But the workshop engineers did not solve the problem neither they have pointed out technical defects no they made any follow up to our vehicle. We have made lots of calls and sent messages but they did not turn up. On[protected] i sent a complaint to your customer care then on 1st dec. 2018 they towed the vehicle to bhambra motors mohali and after 10 days[protected] they have sent us estimate of expenditure for repairing it which is nearly rs. 26, 161 with gst. Estimate is attached with the mail. It is totally the breach of faith and harassment to us. From very beginning the vehicle is giving us so much problems instead of satisfying us they are loading more loss (By charging so much amount). Earlier we have 14 tata buses and all are performing upto mark and company’s services are par excellence but for the first time we have dealt with force motors and facing lots of problems technically as well as poor follow up. You are requested to pay proper attention and do the needful otherwise we shall have to go for legal formalities.

    Dear sir,
    I have purchased tempo traveller 17+D for school on 23 april 2018. On 17 th nov.2018 vehicle stoped working.
    Traveller sent to your workshop m/s Rajo motors pvt. Ltd. Alwar (Raj.). I have complained so many time on toll number. I brought in your notice through service engineer Mr. Vijayant khanna by email. Nobody listen. I am bearing rs 4000/- per day loss to arrange the vehicle for school staff and children. Where should I go and whom should I complain don't know. Niether service engineer Mr. Vijayant khanna nor your dealer m/s Rajo motors pvt.ltd replied my email till date.       We have urgent requirement for new set of leaf suspension complete set force shaktiman vehicle. But sorry to inform you that since last six month after several reminder to your dealer m/s vaibhav force, raipur, said work has not done saying that spares there able to get your factory.
      You are requested to kindly look into matter and ensure that said work to be completed within 30 days.

        A very bad experience as always, 26 seater tt school bus an 26 str tt ac bus non availability of parts at authorised service centres as well as in local market. No response from their local service centres. They dont care for their customers my both buses stranded for a long time school bus is now almost 50 days stranded due to non availability of spares as well ac bus was stranded for near about 30 days.

        On ordering the parts they say pay 100% amount in advance they will indent the requirement to manufacturer and we will get the parts only after 10 days that's the system they have.
        Why to manufacture such vehicles which are not road worthy or if you cannot supply / cater the demands of your customers.

        I am approaching consumer court for the same and will take it up legally as enough is enough now, we cannot tolerate such nonsense force motors are not going to pay our emis and other expenses due to failure of vehicles for a long period.
        They have a attitude of "what goes of thy father" now the time have come to show them what happens when you take your customers for granted.

          I already complaint about some problem with my Car . Now What happen when i am going for servicing to the service provider said there is no Engine Oil right now and also some other issue they also not resolving . This is happening from last 2 months whenever we visit service center get manipulated by their men and because of this we are facing many problems .

            Force motor has very low service quality. When you are going for servicing, there is no educated service manager. Most are road side mechanic.
            Pramod motor patna and almost all dealer are very cheap in service.
            I have 4 vehicle only one i have of force company, which never gave me satisfactory service. My all mahindra vechile is running smooth but from when i bought force vehicle i am in difficulties.
            Again i will never buy force motor vehicle

              I am facing problem with the force trax which i have bought from force motors, jaipur dealer m/s pratap automobiles, and facing a speed censor problem with the car bought, i have sent the vehicle for getting the same checked and they have said that we have to change the censor, but you have to pay for it, when we said that that the car is under warranty they said we provide only 6 month warranty on the cars instead of 1 year, you are requested to get the same resolved and arrange me for the payment of the amount paid for the censor replaced. The cars was bought on 09/10/2017.in the name of delhi public world school, kotputli from the said dealer itself

                they ( fortune motor workshop) have no response till now, I will contact your castomar care halp line number many time, they provide me phone number of Fortune motor workshops maneger, but he was not received the phone.
                I asked to mr. sanjay, and Mr. santanu, many times by phone, they was told that the spare parts have not arrived yet,
                Sir, a parson takes a new car, afterj that the car standing in road for a long time, because a spear parts,
                Then tell me what can I do?? It is your responsibility, so take necessary action emideatly,

                  Dear force team
                  We purchased 2 trax cruiser models in 2017. One was bs 3 and other bs 4. The bs 4 model of trax cruiser has had problems like steering alignment, and vehicle imbalance since beginning. The problems were reported within a month of purchase but all that they respond is : "bring your vehicle to the workshop and we will do the needful". They make your pockets bleed and that is how they make money. We have spent not less than 40000 on repairs in last 15 months. The anang force motors at gida gorakhpur dont seem to understand the problems in one go. They make you run again and again like its a game. I have asked one question several times "why cant force motors replace a faulty product?"

                    Sir, i had purchased 18 force buses last year from bimla hisar and karan karnal. Here are some problems with your product.
                    1. 8 buses tyres by mrf radial. Till now 17 tyres ply with iron wires damaged. And when we asked mrf, here is not any reply. Tyres are totally 10-15 thousand run. Your dealer are???
                    2. Service and spares or all issues??? New dealer at rohtak??? What kind of your company is?
                    3. Line out of your vehicles, not any service available.
                    4. Customer care ram ram ram ram,,,,,,,,,,, force se bhagwan bachai.

                    Last year we finalized your bus for mini bus segment and tata for 42 seater or 51 segement. But these are the issues, that we are not purchasing your buses this year than we purchased tata's 12 buses.

                    If your company not resolve the problems, than your company will be black list in our group for future purchase. After purchase of 2 crore rupees vehicles, what we got. Only problems.

                    Please resolve the issues.

                      Sir,
                      The school has purchased four travellers 26 through sager view auto mobile bilaspur in the month of march 2018 and is planning to purchase five more. The buses are playing in the local area in vicinity of the school. From the date of purchase to date. The buses have covered the distance less than 10000 km.
                      In spite of all precautions to the pressure plate and clutch plate of two buses have been damaged twice.
                      First time, when it was damaged we replaced the damaged part with cost but after the expiry of almost one month. The same parts have again been damaged. It clearly proven that - there is a manufacturing defect.
                      Sir, it is humbly submitted to reimburse. The earlier paid amount against the replacement of pressure plate and clutch plate and take further steps to remove the defects.
                      The management is running two sr. Sec. School and was planning to purchase five more buses, but the existing problems have compelled. The management to give a second thought to the proposal.
                      Please take effective steps to avoid the further legal action.

                        I have paid advance money rs-59972/- on date-13/06/18 through nift (Money reciept attached), to your dealer (Shaktee utility automobiles pvt. Ltd-shaguna more, danapur, patna). I was assured for the delivery of said vehicle within 15 days, still the vehicle is not delivered and no one is responding, please look into the matter seriously and immediately, otherwise i am bound to proceed for legal complaint.

                          I have purchase van last year 2017. At the time i service or maintenance correctly in my vehicle. But my van 02.07.18 I'm small trable, so i am going your service centre in V. K. G & force in Namakkal. But still now cannot work in your worker. I am asking daily but your staff told is today or tomorrow ready again again same reason told. Same reason last 1and1/2 month. So that problem in my company is lose Rs. 4 lack per month. But some time warranty claim or some not claifrom say your staff. Than cannot finish in work. So i request in work finish and deliver my van immediately. But no reply i am going police station or consumer court.

                              Dear force motors
                              I was the first customer to purchase your force-1 suv in october-2011.

                              As per industry norms and vehicle standard service support from any automobile manufacturers suppose to supply spare parts for next ten years.

                              But we're not getting any spare parts since last year by our dealer - siddharth motors.

                              Our vehicles are not running properly despite of having very good engine.

                              Request to look into the above mentioned grievances immediately.

                                सर, पिछले सप्ताह मैंने दिनांक 12 जुलाई को मैंने श्रीराम फाइनेंस के माध्यम से फ़ोर्स की ट्रेवलर स्कूल बस का पूरा पैसा 950000 गोयनका फ़ोर्स वाराणसी को जमा कराया ।सोमवार को गोयनका फ़ोर्स ने गाड़ी देने का वादा किया था।लेकिन जब सोमवार को गाड़ी मेरे पास नही आयी तो मैंने उनके सेल्स एक्सिक्यूटिव प्रदीप श्रीवास्तव को फोन किया ।पहले तो वो इधर उधर टालमटोल करते रहे फिर एक दम से मेरे ऊपर भड़क गए और मुझे धमकी देते हुए कहे कि आगे से हमको फोन मत करना जब हम अपने तरफ से जब चाहेंगे गाड़ी देंगे ।श्रीमान हमारा स्कूल है और उसी के लिए हमने गाड़ी खरीदी थी ।अभी हम किराये पर 1000rs प्रतिदिन पर गाड़ी रखे हुए है ।गाड़ी हम देर होने की वजह से हमको आर्थिक रूप से नुकसान हो रहा है।

                                  We have purchased force toofan vehicle in the name of m/s ashapura international limited from your authorised show room gandhidham, kachchh, gujarat, just before 6 months, duriing this 6 months we have faced many problem related to maintenance and service from your side, we are sending our vehicle to gandhidham service center for routine maintenance but not getting satisfactory services.
                                  There are some problem in following parts of new vehicle
                                  1. Gear box problem
                                  2. Silencer break down near turbo engine

                                    Sir, i take a family tour from aurangabad to kanyakumari last week by tempo traveller 26seater on rent i. E. Per kilometer basis.
                                    When i calculate the closing and opening reading of both odometer and trip meter, there is too much difference i. E difference of 301km. For total running 4300km.
                                    I noticed that the odometer reading shows 4382km running while trip reading shows 4081km running. How this is possible.
                                    By which reading, whether by trip or odometer reading, i should pay my payment to tempo owner, of my tour.
                                    What is the reason for this reading difference.

                                      My force traveler (26+d) engine was ceased and i had changed the half engine of the vehicle at their authorized service center pibco, guwahati on cost of rs. 1, 34, 000/-. After running only 22000 kms engine is again ceased as same manner. I have claimed for warranty and they denied to do so and said there is no warranty on spare parts according to the company policy. I have asked them that i had repaired the engine at authorized service center with genuine spare parts and give service of the vehicle within this period at authorized service center then why i should not get the warranty? It was not a single spare part. It was complete half engine of the vehicle then why there is a question of warranty policy on half engine? I think that the vehicle has a manufacturing defect also because previously first time it was ceased on 96000 kms and then 3, 30, 000 km. As now and similar incidents also happened with other so many my well known customers too.

                                        I have purchase a vechile in month of may 1st from rohit auto deales.at the time of delevery vechile is not good conditions.pdi is not done properly by dealear .and as per our deail price is differ .they are commited to rs.15000 for VTS system but at the time of delevery VTS system is not ingaged in my temopo.after that toldm him to all complents to G M but they are not solve it.after purchasing vechile is vesited two times of workshop they are not able to resolve my complent.
                                        So i request you to please look in to this on periorty.
