I have booked an schooll traveller from a dealer situated at tetelia, guwahati, kamrup, assam. The name of the dealer is h. N. Motors. But, it is pitiable to say that even after stating them my financial crisis they refused to refund my booking amount. Whereas in the money receipt they have provide to me therewas not mentioned ant thing about that the booking amount is non refundable. So i want to get refund the money.

    I m from guwahati. I have my school van bussiness from last 5 years. Now i plan for buy a 17+d traveller and i have deposited an initial booking amount of rupees 5000 at hn motors jalukbari guwahati kamrup assam by saying that i may by this within the month of june. But i didnot provide any documents till date because i m not sure about the vehicle due to its price and emi. Therefore yesterday i refused to purchase the vehicle and ask the dealer to refund my booking amount. Is it legal? Why he not told me earlier about it that booking amount is non refundable. Even in the money receipt there was not mentioned any words like that.
    So look in to the matter because problems may be arise in anyones life at anytime. I have to think about the future emi of the vehicle. If i could not able to bear the emi payment how could i purchase the vehicle.
    So, i need justice.

      Dear sir/mam,
      Behalf of my friend sayyad maqdoom basha (Hereafter friend) iam submitting this grievance to your hon'ble authorities as my friend cannot read or write english.

      My friend is a registered owner of two vehicles of your company, one is toofan (Ap26te1576) and the second is tempo traveller (Ap26te7247) which was brought in the year 2016.
      Now my friend is planning to buy one more new vehicle of tempo traveller of 2018 make, the dealer mr. Ravi (Ph no.[protected]) and the employee of showroom mr. Ramesh (Ph no.[protected]) are denying my friend booking request and forcing my friend to take tempo traveller which is of the manufacturing date 2017, and also strongly commanding to my friend that unless and until old vehicle never gets purchased the new vehicle will not be entered in nellore district.

      Hence on afore mentioned behalf of my friend i request your corporate authorities, that please kindly do the needful help to my friend by passing necessary orders to nellore dealerby providing new make of 2018 tempo traveller crv 2.2 at the earliest.

      After your intervention once the dealer of nellore calls me for booking token advance i will be ready to go to dealer to pay advance token, for further information please contact my phone no.[protected]

        I have purchased a force tempo travalers 17+1. I have purchased a tempo on[protected] from rohit auto mobiles gt karnal road saraspur village delhi. When i purchaed they are saying it is 2018 model. But when i give a paper for a registration. There i know it is 2017 model. When i talk with agencies in that concern they are saying it is not over fault. Its complety control by force motors. So please contact in force motors. So i requested plz provide me proper solution in that concern. If you are not able to provide me solution please intimate me. After that i fired a case in consumer court

          I have handed over my vehicle for service at tapl force motors industrial area, 71/3, rama road, block c, najafgarh road service center. They have generated job card for following issues.

          Ac not working properly.

          Now almost 11 month has been over but still my vehicle is not ready due to ac issue. Service center has not showing interest in maintenance of my vehicle. They said we are not authorized for ac repairing. You have to go or repair your ac from outside. Mr jha is saying is please repair your ac properly but now i m very sad up, request to you i want new ac system is change not repair. If they picked the phone call they guided us to take the vehicle from service center and handed over to vehicle from another location or service center. This behavior or customer service is very poor from force motor. Kindly look in to this matter and revert asap.

            This is inform to you that we have purchased a force maxi cab vehicle at mpc force motors, chennai, on 22-aug -2017,
            Our vehicle no is tn 11 ab 6544

            This month beginning only we did our first service in this month,

            On 22/12/2017 we have faced the problem
            I. E ac is not working & alternate power supply is not working, due to that vehicle is unable to start, we called service center & 24 helpline no, but we did not get any support, finally our customer cancelled the vehicle trip, and arranged some other vehicle for there trip,
            23/12/2017 morning we went to mpc motor service center, ambattur chennai, and they said that ac belt & alternate power supply belt is get loosen so they adjusted that those belt, after that they check the vehicle for trail, and given for delivery, so we come back to our office,
            24/12/2017 sunday morning 5.00 am we send our vehicle for 5 days trip, but unfortunately we faced problem in the vehicle i. E two belt has been cut and vehicle brake not worked, staring get locked, we we called service center & 24 helpline no, but we did not get any response, finally our customer cancelled the vehicle,
            After that we hired the private mechanic and went to his workshop for service, and fix the belt and run the vehicle.

            Still there is a problem in the vehicle,

            Request to kindly look into this and solve the vehicle problem and serviced the vehicle in good conditioned,

            Being a new vehicle we facing the problem in the vehicle,
            We request to service the vehicle and check those all the things,

            Hi i recently purchased a brand new gurkha from nextgen motor jalandhar
            After 3days i see oil dripping from rear differential, and now this is 6th days engine oil and coolant is spotted on floor.
            And every morning i start its white smoke coming out.
            Is this what force provides for 10.50lac?
            Was much happy with mahindra thar!
            Dear Team, We have a Force Ambulance van (MP19GA2722) since Nov'2014. Main oxygen supply pipe got damaged .I had contacted with service centre, Rewa but they refused to done it.

              Trissur service center executives or the supervisors need good training like front line supervisor course they don't know how to deal with the customer, because am having three vehicle from force two cruizer and one bs4 traveler, when i ask them a service all ways they pushing to palakkad, and they deciding where i need to do service. The guys who coming to do the job they are good.

              We finished all free service for the vehicle the only one issue is the charge is very high, for exp day before yesterday they came to solve my bs4 traveler, the issue was they saying missing, any way they connect the hose and charge rs.1800 for that, they came in bike only not your service vehicle, i think this is not a standard things they doing, and am looking best service from them

                No recovery team, very bad service team, no one take calls on sunday.
                My vehicle break down today (19 nov 17)
                Service team didn't take the call for support so i call to cc number. After a hard try we got to connect with the service team.. Now they are saying they will provide recovery teams number but we have to pay them money.. We will pay them but force must understand that we are paying money for buying your product so at least provide proper cc.. And there is water leak inside my vehicle, service team try to fix it and nothing happened still leak is there, so i went out side local workshop and fix it, spend around 7k, but it's still there..

                  Our vehicle registration no tn 19 f 1551 met with an accident on 25 june'2017, it was sent to adhithya force motor urapakkam, kancheepuram dist, tamilnadu on next day itself, from begining to till date the incharge of the adhithya force motors saying within 15 days but till now we dont get the vehicle. Even i tried with mr. Jothivasu general manager but till not resolving our compliant, all are quite slow to resolve on it. And we need the vehicle at the earlist within two days i think almost work completed painting and driver partition work is pending as per incharge statement so please speedup with them and give the feedback on this number: [protected]

                    Dear sir/mam,

                    I’m writing this to file a complaint regarding the maintenance issue of my vehicle and the irresponsibility of royal force kollam kerala. My vehicle is still under warranty. It is having continuous maintenance problems despite of having done regular service and maintenance from royal force kollam kerala. Force showroom.

                    Recently i had given my vehicle to force motors, royal force kollam kerala. For maintenance of the above mentioned problems. Even though my vehicle is still under warranty they have charged me approximate rs. 9000 for the maintenance. They also didn’t release the vehicle on assured time which led to the cancelling of booking i had committed for my vehicle. This is highly unethical of royal force kollam kerala. Force motors and have caused me loss of money and reputation of my company. Please take strict action against this and make sure these situations never occur again.

                      The showroom staff are not working properly and no responding at all and they are not answering correctly and they only had 2 or 3 mechanics to work in the work shop too we gave vechile for repair in the morning they didn't even touch the vechile till evening and sayings us come tomorrow evening for delivery after make us wait for 6 hours please look into it and resolve such problems and vechile is new we bough it last month 28 only

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am Manager Princy Travels Ernakulam, one of the leading Travel operator of Kerala. We have entered in the fleet of Tempo Traveller last year only, with a five year proposal. Last year we have purchased six numbers of Tempo Traveller. Most of them are having technical problems with recurring defect. Our effort to get the vehicles through your service station could not find any positive result. They are saying us to contact respective sub-contractors for repair of self starter, Fuel injection pump, Alternator, Air conditioners...and so on. Since we have purchased the vehicle with full accessories, it is your responsibility to get the portion repaired. Why we should go to the sub contractor ?
                        Secondly it takes 3 to 4 days to do a small job like repair of starter motor. In such condition we have to rent out vehicle from outside which causes extra financial burden.
                        Our this years proposal to purchase second lot of Tempo Traveller is kept pending due to your poor service provision.

Their was heating n engine problem in my vehicle i was told that engine vl b repaired nd all the problems vl b fixed.. They charged me around 50 thousand nd still their is same problem.. They said they vl send mechanic to sitapur and it's been more then 2months they r nt doing anything regarding it..

                              Very irresponsible behaviour of the manager sitting on the billing counter in force service centre at lahartara, varanasi. He is not providing us the parts of cruiser because we are servicing our cruiser from a local mechanic. His behaviour is so rough and continiously arguing that he will not provide the parts. I am very dissapointed of this behaviour as i have 5 cruiser and i will not brought or recommend anyone to be a customer of a company whose is like this to his customers. Hope you take some action about this as i am attaching pic of that person

                                I have serviced my traveller crv16 on 14 th august in mpc service centre ambattur service centre, i raised a complaint regarding break oil leak they told that they have rectified by tightening the airport nipple, but they closed a oil tube placing a screen inside actually bottom hose has to be replaced. Today vechicle is starting a trip to kerala along with customer now break not working i sent the van to the same centre i am going there need to take necessary action on this wrong work done my name ram ananth.                                         Hello sir
                                        I had booked an ambulance with force saktee utility automobiles pvt. Ltd. Based in patna. The address for the showroom is shaguna more, danapur khagaul road, patna.
                                        I booked the ambulance via receipt 191, dated 15/06/2017 and paid the sum of rs 10000 for the same.
                                        The booking date is of pre gst and therefore i agree to book the ambulance and settled myself with force motors

                                        Now my ambulance has not been dispatched and the dealer is asking the new revised price for the ambulance.

                                        I request your goodself to kindly solve the matter to the earliest.
