I have handedover my vehicle for service at vki road number 6 service center. They have generated job card for following issues.
1. Power window not working
2. Left hand side door is not working
3.ac not working properly.
4. Windscreen and bumper has to be change with 1 side fog lamp.

Now almost two week has been over but still my vehicle is not ready due to ac issue. Service center has not showing interest in maintaince of my vehicle. They said we are not authorized for ac repairing. You have to go or repair your ac from outside. Your representative mr. Amit puri is not picking call regularly and if they picked the phone call they guided us to take the vehicle from service center and handed over to vehicle from another location or service center. This behavior or customer service is very poor from force motor. Kindly look in to this matter and revert asap.

I am your customer tn30bf1888... 10400km is running.. I love this suv.. That's y i brought this... But when i bought that time also abs light continues flicking..18days back i went munnar some obd light indicated suv completely stoped while i given axsilator engine gone to off.. Pls check your 24×7 customer care details... After reach my home town when to service (Hitchee force salem) they are checked and told me some ignition kit problems so after recive kit inform with you sir you come to change they are told me... But still service center not recive that kit... Now today morning i sit i car just insert key & on completely not working even... Dear sir i love this suv... Kindly please take special care about this complaint... Otherwise pls take back this suv... Pls replace my money back...

We had purchase vehicle Tempo Traveller ambulance bearing registration number MH-03 / CD-360 on May 2016. The gear & clutch of the vehicle were not working proper since purchase from beginning, we show the vehicle at your Heritage Wheel Pvt Ltd service center and they done half engine work on 11/12/2016. After doing the work the problem were not resolved but engine starts knocking, so we again shows...

Dear sir i reached at pununkudy service center to check my 26 seater abs system. I reached at 11:00am at service center and tell them what is the problem. Without checking the van one mr kiran tell it will take two days. I said okay and they didn't take to working garage what is problem in abs system. I waited for 5 hours in service station. Please take necessary action.

From purchase the car several time facing problems mainly tyre erosion problem of coolant for that i send my car at service center four times.
Last time send my car with problem of coolant leaking and solve the problem dated 13/12/2016.
Unfortunately problems of coolant raised again dated 16/03/2017.
So please take necessary action earliest as well as problem in mechanism.

My vehicle dinamo it's little complaint in pulli in side of dinamo it's cost only 280 rs in other spare parts it's available also but they are telling for me it's not available it's coming from Chennai more than 3 days it will take time it's also warranty that only telling for me iwant immediately finesh my work and take any action for that Balaji force company Cuddalore manager supervisor also not responsible any thing for my vehicle because this is tour vehicle sound was very horrible and very irritating for coustemer plz any action take for that company[protected] mobile [protected] -2353189 Cuddalore..

I mr. Nagnanda sheth purchased trac cruiser classic from heritage wheels on 16th dec 2016 but till know i was not provided with the t. C approval certificate of that vehicle for registration.
Mr anand more is also handling this matter but as per him till will be provided today.
Please help me in registering my vehicle by providing all the valid documents or please refund my amount by taking your vehicle back

Dear Sir,
On 14th August, 2016 i have purchase a Force One Top Model Car from M/s. Auto Hi-Link from Howrah, West Bengal having Registration No. WB-12D-7189. I am one of the many unsatisfied customer of Force One car. I am regretting from the day I got delivery of the car, so many problems in there i.e. Fm radio, music system, sun guard etc. If you pull out my job cards which starts from after few days itself you can notice almost every month I went to Auto Hi-Link for repair the problem but they are could not solved the problem till now. This vehicle has been so unreliable. Also informed you that till now i had not received the Blue Book & Tax Token receipt from dealer.
And now you are kindly requested to buy back this Force One Car and return me the Purchase Value within seven days otherwise I will take the legal action regarding this matter.

I want to bring to your notice that in this competitive world we are lacking in providing service with arrogant Manager Mr. Anil Naik and untrained staff with no caliber.

I took my School Bus today to your workshop Amit Force in kolhapur for clutch repair as it was not working properly. Everyone was looking as if they heard it for the first time.

I am a Automobile Engineer and ITI Motor Mechanic with 40 yrs of experience.

Everyone was unaware about the process. I guided them by giving instructions. It was a horrible service as I was working with them. This was prior informed to them as well.

Once the work was done, I commented on the work sheet that "work is not satisfactory". AS the work was done I took the vehicle and after 5 to 6 km the buss got breakdown.

This is a School Bus and you should understand the severity of the same.

Form the very beginning the AC was not giving good performance and we had complained then itself. We had repaired the AC at least twice in Thrisur almost every time had to pay for filling the gas. But as the complaint persisted, the car had to taken to PMH Motors, Calicut and they there they replaced something and it took us almost three weeks to the car back, then the AC was OK for another 3-4 months, whereas of now the AC is still not working. It is very difficult to use the car without AC in Keralá’s climate as you would know. We have never had the feeling of buying a brand new car as the AC was not functioning most of the times in this 20 months o[censored]se. And we had to bring the car for repair which was a real trouble within our busy schedule. We buy cars so that its helps us slow down with our hectic schedules, but here we had to spent a lot of time on the car to repair it. Now we suspect there is some serious problem with the AC in the coil, as informed by one of my friends
From the time we had bought the car we are having problems with the AC, and did not get the performance which we had in our old Indigo Marina ever during these 20 months o[censored]sing this brand new Force One. We are very disappointed with the performance as well as the after sales of service in regard to the AC.
As the car was under warranty when we had put the complaint for the first time and as it persisted throughout we expect you replace all that is necessary for the smooth running of the car and respond positively as early as possible.

हमारी गाडी टेम्पो traveler UP85AH9355 तकनीकी ख़राबी होने पर २ महीने पहले आगरा स्थित शील ऑटो में सर्विस कराई गयी जहाँ 125000 का बिल भुगतान किया गया और वह कार्य भी इन लोगो द्वारा पौने दो महीने में किया गया जिसके लिए हमेशा यह पार्ट न होने का हवाला देते रहे इसके बाद गाडी महज 400 किमी ही चली और फिर ख़राब हो गयी दुबारा से पिछले 15 दिन से गाडी शील ऑटो में खडी है कोई सुनवाई नहीं की जा रही है केवल पार्ट न होने का हवाला दिया जा रहा है

I have purchased force 15 seater air suspensions tempo traveller in 2014 from force motors pune. I have lost my documents of this tempo traveller the billing was taken under rohit automobiles delhi on the name of k. Sony builders. But i not getting proper information who will provide me the all bills and documents even i have deposited documents missing report in rothi automobiles delhi. I am facing problems from one year. They tells me its direct billing will be done by pune force motors pune. They making fake promised that you will receive the all bills and documents details within two or three days. But they did't send my anything from this company.

I just frustrated... So who is responsible for this..

Please provide me the proper solutions.

This my humble request that send me my bills and other documents as soon as possible.

I santhosh n. m pro. lord krishna aluminium industries would like to inform a complaint about your customer care service, before 1 month (delivered on[protected] i purchased a 19 seat traveler from radhia motors punkunnam thrissur. and i badly inform you, it become a bad decision from my side. because after few days on delivery the traveler meter cable was damaged and the meter box is not working properly. and i inform the radhia motors for service, and they replied very late and become irresponsibility. and the next problem are the technicians, their behavior was very bad. we are 32 years working experience in our manufacturing field and it is a first experience from outsiders. whatever, i think its not fair for anyone. and kindly do the favour.

Traveller CRV - An humming sound is coming, but technicians don't know What the real problem is, around 2 weeks
1. They removed the skletch plate and replaced
2. They removed the crown oil and replaced
3. They removed the rear 4 bearings and replaced
4. They removed the gear box and replaced some items
5. Second time they removed the gear box and saying some center bearings gone and also saying there is no stock,
How long I can wait, really very bad

I smt. munmun dhar purchased 2 nos of force traveller 1. 17+d and 2. 20+d from usg motors, kokata. i have paid the full amount rs. 1070600.00 on 19/9/16 for the 20+d vehicle and when i have sent 3 sms s to the sales management team of force motor s ltd. regarding tax invoice, mr. kaustav chattopadhyay the territory manager /south begal of force motors ltd sent 4 numbers of sms s where he spoke about my business management systems. this is unfortunate and disgusting to me regarding a petty customer of your company. i think being a female customer his behaviour and speechs are not soothing to me.
If you kindly look after the matter i will ever thankful to you.

I'm a customer of Force One, ( Number of car - WB12C7069 ). I'm facing a severe lack of proper servicing as promised. At several occasions, the car faced a break down while travelling, and at every instances I have been charged with a lumpsum amount in the name of service charges but the primary problem is never solved and the car faces similar problem within a couple of days. Your services provided are never up to the mark and near about 04 - 05 times if not more, I have been thrown to problematic situations due to sudden break down of the car mid way to a journey. Its terribly hampering my comfort and I am totally dissatisfied with the kind of services provided at Auto Hi link. I hereby expect you to kindly come up with a remedy ASAP.
