i also paid full bill but till they are not showing any intrest in it

    हमारी फ़र्म जैन इंडस्ट्रीज़ जयपुर की गाड़ी पिछले 10 महीने से प्रताप ऑटो जयपुर मे खड़ी है हमने उस गाड़ी मे इंजिन का काम करवाया था उसके हमारे से पूरे रुपए भी ले लिए लेकिन गाड़ी का इंजिन का काम किया ही नहीं गाड़ी को बिना सही करे ही RS. 60000/- ले लिए ओर गाड़ी का इंजिन जेसे पहेले खराब था वेसे ही अभी खराब पड़ा है पिछले 10 महीने से गाड़ी उनके वर्कशॉप मे खड़ी है अभी तक गाड़ी के उन्होने कुछ भी नहीं किया अत : आपसे अनुरोध है की हमारी समस्या का समाधान करवाने की कृपा करे

      On 16th oct 2012 i have purchase a force one suv from m/s. Eden automotive pvt. Ltd. Gopalpura bye pass road, jaipur, rajasthan.
      I am one of the many unsatisfied customer of force one car. I am regretting from the day i got delivery of the car. If you pull out my repair list, bills and job cards which starts from jan 2013 itself you can notice almost every part has been repaired or replaced which includes 2 breakdowns and air conditioner problem. This vehicle has been so unreliable. People folk to the car in public because of the outwardly gigantic looks but when an opinion is asked from the customers of this vehicle the answer is rubbish inside.
      The worst problem i am facing in this suv displaying the notification of “obd” in the display bar. Whatever obd appear the engine automatic stop working and have to start again and as you know when the engine stop working all its functions are stop working include staring. Many times i had discussed with the dealers engineers regarding this obd issues but they engineers couldn’t solve this problem.
      I am belongs to a small town and all near town/cities workshop mechanics are unaware about its service and repair every time for its service we have to go to jaipur.
      So right now i couldn’t afford the over and over its maintenance bills for the same error.
      And now you are kindly requested to buy back this suv or replaced us by your new model in its range or give us the prize its belong to be..

        I have force one car (Force motor) during last servicing found seaoil leaking from rear wheels. As required workshop repaired. When i arrived at home find out seaoil leaking more than before. So i have took car in local workshop & open it then find out packing of axle for rear wheel was fitted wrong & axle got damage & same information to patna force motor workshop but workshop did not given any respons. So kindly do needful for me.

          i have purchase a new force traveller from Gurvir motors ludhiana in the name of Rattan Kalra. i am facing a big problem in the vehicle. this vehicle speed is locked in 80 speed. when i have talked to customer care & agency they have told me that this a govt circular that speed cant be given above 80. sir i have only 3 qus to your company.
          1. this is happenig only in force traveller no other co is forcing to do this in their vehicle. so why is happening in only force vehicles.
          2. if this is the new law of govt no one have told us before purchasing this vehicle why have your co & gurvir motors are misguiding the customer.
          3. i[censored] have locked the vehicle in the speed of 80 why have u given the option of 180 speed u have to show the maximum speed of 80 in the race meter.

          i have purchesd a vehicle for commercial purpose. i cant tolerate this.
          For your misguidance i am facing a problem. pls resolve my problem on urgent basis. pls reply me on urgent basis.

            This is to bring to your kind notice that we have purchased a school bus in the name of st. Tulsi memorial educational society, new delhi from your prestigious force motors company ltd. Pune. We have cleared all the payments in the first week of april, 2016. As per telephonic statement of mr. Chetan, despatch manager, force motors (Pune), vehicle will reach at gurgaon depot upto 10/04/2016. But, the vehicle did not arrive at gurgaon depot as on 21/04/2016 as intimated by concerned person of gurgaon depot. It is a matter of concern. Neither office staff of force motors nor dealer of gurgaon depot are giving correct position about the vehicle. For want of the same we are facing much more problems to ferry the students.
            Please intimate the following immediately on our email id [protected]@yahoo.Co.In as well as mobile no. [protected] to avoid further problems :-
            1. On which date the vehicle was moved from pitampur (Mp) to gurgaon depot.
            2. Is vehicle coming by trailer or driver is driving ?
            3. What is the correct location of the vehicle?
            4. On which date the vehicle shall reach gurgaon depot.

              Dear Sir, The alternator belt of our brand new travellor vehicle from Force Motors has broken twice within 4000 km. Dealer is not able to rectify the problem. Our vehicle is very unreliable now since this belt can break at any moment. This is a design failure of the system. Changing the belt cannot solve the problem. The entire system needs to be modified by the company. This problem is only for this batch of travellor vehicles, having single belt. The older models with broader belt are running smoothly.                 Dear sir I have purchased 2 cruiser school bus on 27.10.2015 sale invoice no 30 and 31 from your dealer - m/s Gajanan motors, Jhansi and the chassis no. of the first cruiser is mc1d4dfa3fp054059 and no. of the second cruiser is mc1d4daa2fp050849 . One of the two cruiser is looking old so that I have suspicions that the dealer had sold old vehicle which was damaged by the dealer while numerous test drives. The reasons behind my suspicions are as follows in context to the vehicle of chassis no.(mc1d4daa2fp050849) :- 1. When the dealer had delivered the vehicle, the engine of the vehicle was smelling foul. 2. The clutch plate and the pressure plate was seriously damaged in just 3300 kms. 3. The colour of the vehicle had become so dull that it was indescribable as new. I had sent this vehicle for service to Jhansi on 03.12.2015, that day I also submitted a complaint to your toll-free no. they had registered the complaint on that day but the didn't give the complaint no. to me till the now . They gave me the number of the service engineer (Sachin Singh - [protected]) to which I have contacted numerous times but it was left unanswered. So please send me the following particulars of the vehicle:- 1. The date of the delivering of the vehicle of the chassis no. above mentioned to the dealer 2.                       , Whomsoever it may concern, We bought a new tempo traveller from the showroom “Sayaji tempo” on 1st July, 2015 It’s newly launched 12 seater in the market. But we are facing many problems while travelling in the vehicle. Some of them are listed below : • Diesel & speed-o-meter is not working • Steering is very hard • Power Steering is not working • Driver seat is not movable and not working • Accelerator is very hard • Left side door automatically opens while travelling & it becomes very risky • Back door is very noisy & we can’t even lock it properly • AC is not working properly and not even tightly fixed, it can drop off any time possible • Water leakage from the AC • Wiper is not working • Seats are not comfortable • Charger point is not working • The mobility is not smooth • The water of wiper is problematic • Vehicle slightly bends towards left side while travelling • The electronic services provided in the vehicle like small lamps, cigarette lighter, etc. are not working properly • Handles are also not provided for grabbing by our hands • Interior design is not upto the mark • The mileage is also not as promised • Fuse box cover is not there • Jack is not working properly • Parking lights also not working • The vehicle vibrates very much while it should be smooth • The doors are very hard • Vehicle is not working smoothly as per the its new Vehicle As the Vehicle is totally new, these problems should not be there. Payment is fully done, but we haven’t got the satisfied product. In short, the product is not worthy as per the amount paid. We purchased the product for providing services of our contract business. But as it is defective piece, we are facing many monetary(daily) issue. Will you be responsible for it ? Are you going to bear our monetary(daily) loss ? We have bought the vehicle on loan, so we are facing daily monetary loss. During delivery as well, the responsible person said that we have corrected all the issues and now it’s good to go. Can you explain why all this mistrust and kind of harassment [Mentally & Physically] is there ? We have raised our complaints many times to the SAYAJI TEMPO showroom but still no action has been taken. As a result, we have submitted the Vehicle to the showroom ourselves. They invited us to buy this Vehicle & promised us to provide all the facilities & amenities. And after long chats with them, we decided to buy this Vehicle from their showroom. We were previously planning to buy TATA WINGER, but they made us buy this vehicle through false promises. Now we want a new piece in perfect condition with all the settlements done or give our money back to us as soon as possible, or else we have to go the Consumer Court as a last step !

                        non performance of force trump 40 covered body

                        We have purchased one of your trump 40 covered body vehicle on march 2015 from poomkudy force, kottayam.Now after 4 months (11301km)of performance shows us that all 5 tyres are weard out and about to blast, the vehicle is getting only 11 km mileage .The back portion of the chasis is so weak and we cannot fix steps to it.And as monsoon reached we understood that company made covered body is leaking at many places too. We completely disappointed...

No. 13921 & 13922, dt: 24.04.2015 Sir, We are extremely concerned and distressed by the unsatisfactory service regarding the sale process of 2 (Two) nos. of your “TRAX CRUISER CLASSIC, BS – III (13+D) P/S” vehicles for our two children’s homes. From our side we trusted your representative Mr. Biswajit Dey Dhara (M – [protected]) to provide us two brand new vehicles in the colour of our choice and in perfect condition, which would be shown to us and checked by our driver. However we were not shown any vehicle, any test drive arrangement for us before registration & delivery. The advance payment of Rs.14, 87, 930/-(Rupees Fourteen lac eighty-seven thousand nine hundred thirty) only (including insurance & registration charges Rs.1, 60, 000/-) was paid in full by us (part being our bank loan in good faith). Your distributor “USG Automobiles (Pvt.)(Ltd.)” SHRACHI CENTRE – 74b, A J C Bose Road, Kolkata – 700 016, inform us that the cars had already been registered and delivered one vehicle at 10A, Alipore Avenue, Kolkata on 09.06.2015, which was (a) not only the wrong colour, which is grey when we wanted white, (b) the car was in very bad condition, (i) it had a dent on the bonnet, (ii) there were scratches on the bonnet, (iii) the sliding glass windows was not working, (iv) the engine was extremely noisy, sounding rough & uneven. We were amazed to see the condition of this car and rejected receiving it. The second car must be white also and in perfect condition. The engine as well as the body should be in perfect condition. We went to see the car on 10.06.2015 at “SHRACHI CENTRE – 74b, A J C Bose Road, Kolkata – 700 016” to test drive it, they said that the keys are not available, in spite of our making an appointment to visit before the distributors office. We look forward to your immediate action on this urgent matter and kindly ensure that your distributor gives us 2(Two) nos. white colour “TRAX CRUISER CLASSIC, BS – III (13+D) P/S” vehicles in perfect condition.                           I have raised a consumer complaint again Force Motors as my Tempo Traveller (Force Motors) is consuming more engine oil. For the same the latest proceedings of meeting conducted at Division Office, BMTC East Division, Domulr, Bangalore on 13th Apr 2015.Force Motor told to test the vehicle by running 1000KMs and I want the oil consumption to be tested by running the vehicle for 2000 KMs, for which Force Motor is not agreeing to pay for the fuel(disel) which will be consumed during testing. Again I can only go out for testing in weekends as my vehicles runs for company and i can not take off in working days. Hope Force Motors will come forward to resolve this issues as soon as possible.                             Sir/Madam My name is Sanjay.s.p and I had purchased a Force traveller(Customer Identity no 70: 195744) 2 months before. The vehicle had run 4000 km only, but the main parts like fan belt are broken. I had given vehicle to an authorised service center(VANCHINAD MOTORS(P) LTD KOCHUVELI THIRUVANANTHAPURAM). But they have not repaired it properly. The service provided by them is very poor and this is not the kind of service and attitude we expect. The fog lamb is also not working and the service station employees are not even capable of finding what the fault is. The door lock is not working properly and the entire vehicle is having some improper shake while running.The service people are not even listening to the repair suggestions.. They have not even applied grease to the wheels. The water service is also bad.. I can't tolerate this kind of service and I am planning to report it to Consumer court. I also want to surrender my vehicle and request you to pay back the money... Hoping you will provide necessary action regarding this as fast as possible Sandeep [protected]

                              Hi sir /mad I am lourdu raj from Sri perumbidur . I am purchase the new tempo travel AC at december 23 . AT MPC MOTOR IN CHENNAI . . Air conditioner not working in January to till now 1 service 21.02.2015 mpc motors service in Chennai that Ac problem told me but no response and not solved that problem. Traveller TD22-BS3-(26+D) bearing Chassis no-MC1E4FJA7FP00229, Engine no- D56004488 2. Traveller TD22-BS3-(15+D) bearing Chassis no- MC1E4FHA6FP002051, Engine no- D56004279 At the time of delivery of the vehicle sl. No-2 was noticed that it was tilted atone side. It is informed to company engineer Mr. Aniket on 09.th Oct’2014 for the above mentioned observation. The company engineer Mr. Aniket is attending the vehicle from last four days but unfortunately he could not bearrested the exact problem and the problem is persisting as it is. Please note that in the brand new vehicle such problem is occurred and could not be rectified even by the company engineer after putting his all the efforts from last four days. We are no more interested to do such research work in the new vehicle and requesting you to replace the vehicle with no defect new vehicle. We are suffering a lot because our planned schedule is totally disturbed due to not use of this new vehicle.
