I brought Ford Figo 2012 Model on 02/2012 at Talera Ford Nigdi, Pune. At present it have been completed 22000Km only and have done periodical maintenances as per Ford schedule. Last week I had faced abnormal vehicle vibration during running, I have took it to Ford service. Ford Service informed me, that Two of Fuel Injector got failed, it need to be replaced @ Rs 17500/ Injector. It’s really very worst situation to effort 36000Rs/- which is very expensive for me.
And reason given by Ford service Adviser for this cause is, less usage for vehicle. But for my case - Since I have brought this vehicle- i am using vehicle every day.
This reason given by Ford Service is not at all acceptable. Since its manufacturer quality issue and also common for other Diesel 2012 – model. We have seen other automotive manufacturer vehicle which is giving very good life, Car is running around[protected] km without any problem.
Also spare and service cost for Ford is very expensive even when compare to other automotive and but quality of the product is very poor.
Please help me to sort out this issue.
