i call bhavna automobiles pvt ltd, kalina, mumbai to check the car because the battery is under warranty. but they refuse

    Address: Talera Ford Wagholi Pune

    I gave my car to Talera ford Wagholi Pune on 25th March 2021. After the service, one item which is a big soft toy is missing from the car. I have sent them the pictures of car pickup and drop and the car went missing in the service center. They have acknowledged that the car went missing in the service center. But they are unable to track it. How can such a big item go missing from the car. This is sheer negligence. How can we blindly trust by giving our cars to such irresponsible service centres.
    Please help in this regard.

    What is the status on this? I havent heard anything.
    It is just a matter of trust which we embibe on a service center when we give our vehicle for service.
    But sadly that is broken. I havent heard back even an apology from service team.
    This os grossly unfair.

      I have purchased my vehicle mp15cb3333 on 13 march 2019.
      Here I want to share some of the issues.
      Two of the car tyres got side cuts within a year and from last 3 month my air conditioning unit is not working properly and now it's heating like hell.. And it is very difficult to drive the vehicle with family in such a heat atmosphere of 40 degree celsius.
      It is ridiculous to AC get effected in such a small time means within 2 years.
      And one more thing company is showing warranty of 3 years and 1 lakh km. But showroom representative is insisting to renew it with extended warranty in just 2 years of purchase.
      And if such a big issue of AC fault is being checked by local vendor then my warranty could be effected.
      Road side assistance is nothing just a word for Ford.
      I tried to contact so many times to vinayak ford sagar but in addition to sunday, they used to close on each local Holiday as well.
      I am employed as a banker and posted at 80 km away from vinayak Ford sagar And it's very difficult for me to be there on banks working day. they are not paying attention to the issues faced by me.
      As a customer, I would never suggest to buy a ford vehicle.

        I have bought my new car Ford Freestyle (AS01EP6951) on 17th Dec 2020 from TI Ford Bharalumukh, Guwahati, Assam and till now i didn't got my Original RC book.I have enquired in the showroom but they can't response my request.They're completely clueless and not giving proper replies on how will i get my Original RC. I have been chasing them every week and still getting variety of excuses rather than solution.

        Please help me file a complaint against the Showroom and get my Original RC book as soon as possible.
        Request you to kindly do the needful.

          I purchased my Car (MH-11-CG-8928) since last 3 Years, till date I done my all services in Ford Services centers. initial 6 months no any sound in my car. but after 6 months i got sound in my car from bonnet, at the time of services i repeatedly told to manager but they are doing just wheel alignment, whether they are doing or not, i dont know.

          5 to 6 months ago i did my car service surat, i told car complaints 3 days he kept my car their and just doing wheel balance.

          on 24 march 2021 i send my car to Satara ford services Centre, i told about sound, finally diagnosed my car wheel barring is not working properly.then i told put in warranty because this is your fault you can not find exact cause for same.

          now i said "you find then do" . again satara ford services kept my car for 3 days he told me i talk to manager, he said " partially payment ", why i will do payment.

          this is your fault, at the time of warranty you have to do, if your team is unskilled then what about my warranty period.

          if action will not take within 3 days then defiantly i will further proceed for legal.

            I mailed previously about the issue of cheating on the policy for more than two years . After that they got mail to transfer the refund of policy to us but they still want the bank statement though we have already provided it earlier . And now even though they reply to calls, but don't give us proper statement/ answers to our queries.
            They are simply ignoring us. We request you to solve this issue for us.

              Suryabala ford. im really fed up with the service of suryabala general manager who sits in coimbatore head branch in time period of march 2021. he is very much rude and not even ready to sell car.

              when me and my father whet to buy our new first car, we were expecting good service from showroom. bcas i always wanted to give such warm feel to my dad who works more then 15hrs per day as a lorry driver. but what happed there was totally different. sales persons are very friendly. but that manager i should say one rude worst hitler came and i asked for any offers. he suddenly told that if you are coming to buy car why you guys are expecting offers we are not selling vegetables. i guess you guys will understand how further discussion would be. yes i cant able to see my dads face. we went from there. then we approached another show room. but there i dont want to ask any offer still they gave me 50k worth of offers now im a happy ecosprot customer

                We have Ford Figo 2010 Model. It has run only 42000 km till date. Recently it met with an accident in Gujarat and we took it to Service Centre at Surat (Kings Motor Pvt Limited). They changed so many parts including Head Lamps and we paid approx. 150000 for repairing of the car. But I observed that the Head Lamp is not working properly and Beam is totally out, that can not be adjusted. At present the vehicle is in Lucknow. Please guide us how can this problem be solved at Lucknow as this Head Beam is under warranty.

                  Request your intervention here, this is for the 3rd time i was facing issues with my FORD car, initially i faced issues with poor quality of tyres (occurred twice).
                  Now the issue is with window glass, glass broke itself while travelling, pictures attached for reference below is incident detailed explanation:
                  While I was travelling to my office in morning and suddenly I heard a glass blast sound happened while driving, I immediately stopped my car and found that front passenger side window glass is all cracked. To my knowledge no vehcle was passing by when this happened as I was on Gurgaon Delhi tool road, the road was pretty wide hence I don’t think somebody has thrown a stone at my window from other side of the road, I drive with all windows rolled up and A/C on. I reported the incident to FORD customer care at the same time and got information to reach your nearby FORD store and I went to Tanishq Gurugram.. They inspected and write an email to FORD team with the pictures of car and informed that there is issue with the glass but not able to rectify the exact reason, the car was running at 65km/hr.
                  Request you to please help with replacement of the glass and help me with a solution as this has happened many times and everytime need to chase FORD for solution,

                  I am quite unhappy with the kind of response on service support being provided by the FORD India team. I chose FORD ECO SPORT Signature Model based on the increasing presence and popularity of FORD products at national and global level both but with this kind of customer experience I am feeling as if I took a wrong decision. Within a year I am facing such a problem and I am not a 1st time buyer. I have been running the car for the last 12 years and I possess Maruti Suzuki DZIRE / Renault KWID but I never ever faced any such issues with these globally reputed Car makers.

                  I though a brand name like FORD is due to its valuable and happy customer experiences but I had a immoral and unsatisfactory experience and not feeling safe driving my car anymore.I have been trying with customer care regularly and FORD dealership for this permanent solution, but no proper response. I am hopeless at the movement and really regret buying a ford car.

                    Tn 82 v 0525, 1.5, year old figo painting got automatically peeling off and rusted, I complained to dealer, the reply from ford was idiotic. After asking about my job aspects, parking area & location of my house . Taking class about rusting, is this the way u treat the customer. I[censored] r giving me the explanation only then give me lab test report for the paint quality and the oxidation starting point or else i ll surely escalate this to consumer court

                      Dears,
                      I leave my Ford Ecosport vehicle (TN18 T0298) General Service in Chennai Ford Service Center - Ambattur Yesterday (19-Mar). I said no complaints and only to do general service.
                      Generally, they use to call in 1hr and tell about the service plan & observations and intimate the approx cost and proceed.
                      But, yesterday they called at 4:30 pm and told that they did Service for 70000kms and changed engine oil etc. Also, they told that they observed the Rear suspension coil top Bush slight worn but not serious. Advised to change later and would cost around 7000 but not required now.
                      I said OK and took deliver the vehicle.
                      On the way to home, I feel some difference in riding. Even for a small pit or bump, the backside body of the vehicle shaking and wobbling. After riding for 2.5kms and reach my home, I felt more wobbling and shaking in my apartment speed breaker. I didn't have this problem any time before even when I drop for Service today morning. It is like back wheels mounted without bolts.
                      I have huge doubt on their activities as follows..
                      1. They checked something in the rear suspension and not fit properly again.
                      2. To get replace of those parts something they did purposely not to get noticed. But not done properly and become easily noticeable.
                      3. They replaced my car suspension good parts to some others and put some defective in my car for their business or scam.

                      I am sure that Either one of the above happened.
                      I will take the Vehicle today to the Service Center morning by 10 am to show the issue.

                        I have a Ford Figo Titanium Petrol Vehicle from August 2019. After a year, my car battery automatic loss the energy and never to ignite. I had visited twice Parshv Ford, Chandrapur (MS) and once Sequal Ford, Nagpur (MS) but both of them unable to solve the problem. I am relay disappointing to buy a Ford Car. Yet Ford Workshop are unable to sort out the problem.

                          Sir,
                          We bought Freestyle (titanium) GJ16CH6575 in October-2018 from bharuch branch, at that time we also applied for the policy through ford only we also paid 10428 Rs as the policy premium. The money was also debited from our account. After a year we came to know that they cancelled the policy instead of approving and also didn't refunded it . We contacted the manager of ford office bharuch he told us to give them cancelled cheque but after that there is no response from them . We made so many attempts to contact them and told them to refund the money but they never responded. We complained them in November 2020 and till date they are not responding to our issues. this is the last attempt we are making as the next and final step will be GRAHAK SHURAKSHA .

                          We are also attaching the our bank statement and the copies they given.

                          We sincerely ask to solve this issue .

                              Hi I'm vishnu from coimbatore. I booked Freestyle T+ diesel at suryabala ford coimbatore. Now he is saying I've to take insurance at dealer only to deliver the car. He's not delivering the car if I insure the vehicle at my choise. Please look in to the matter as insurance is my choise. I can insure it from any where. It's not compulsory to take insurance at dealer only. The manager is very arrogant and his behaviour towards the customers is unpleasant. People like this bring bad name to such a good company ford. A total of 45000rs he is chaging where as from other company with the same features I'm getting insurance for 30000 only
                              Please do the needful and help me to get my dream car.

                                I had a minor accident where i had to change the front gate, ford services replaced the gate and got it repainted, i said i have i quality issues then they behaved worried then they repainted the gate but now even if i scrath the gate from my nail the paint can be removed, its still a new car less than 2 years butout of all 4 other doors my front driver gate looks odd one out.

                                  I have given my car for repair because on instrument display board their was Engine warning lamp glowing, meaning their is something malfunction. same day they have serviced car & checked wiring but fault could not found, they made bill of Rs 17404.00 Dated 18.02, 21

                                  They called another day to check up 23.02.21 & problem has solved on 02 nd March 21 it took 8 days.

                                  Daily i am travelling from Wanwadi to Chakan 42 Km one way.
                                  during this period i have used private car 3000 Rs / Day .
                                  Spare & labor cost has charged during 2 nd call is Rs 20, 399 Rs.
                                  Now my concern I need to pay below amount to resolve a simple electronic signal on display.

                                  1. On 18.02.21 Rs 17, 404 .00
                                  2. On 02.03, 21 Rs 20, 399.00
                                  3. My daily travel to office by rental car -
                                  Rs 3000 /day X 8 Days = 24000.00

                                  Total expense done to solve this issue is 17, 404 + 20, 399+24000 = Rs 61803

                                  1. As a FORD brand is it acceptable these heavy service charges ?
                                  2. Why this fault occur after 60, 000 KM & Four year use ?
                                  3. Why this much time required to solve the issues ?
                                  4. As a electronic monitoring system & easy to solve the problem through special software by laptop, is expertise is not available with ford ?
                                  5. As a user what i need to communicate to society about ford brand ?
                                  6. What is the warranty that it may not occur in future & i need to pay such heavy amount ?

                                  Still i like the car, i love the car too much but considering the repairing cost i am thinking to change the brand.
                                  Requesting Ford to please consider & Pay compensation, if you are really caring for the customer.

                                  It has been a high time since I have registered, there has been not reply.

                                    Dear sir My name is A N Raaja i am here to complaint bad service from lakshmi ford service centrei am very passionate with ford cars from my childhood So decide and purchased a used Ford fiesta 2010 model TN23 BU 0006 from my friend of friend
                                    When i purchased the car there is no any major issues no any unwanted smoke, no abnormal noise, So the vehicle haven’t seen any major problem, After i purchased the car i decide to service with company service then i found Lakshmi ford at Trichy I was promised by {Bhuvaneshkumar} the service centre that the car has no major issues and is in a perfectly working condition.08/01/2021 after i received my car reached home and I stopped 24/01/2021 evening i started to go out for to take the car start engine oil tank bursted I found out that some broken parts under the vehicle I am panic at this point whether the service centre has tested my car? and went through the necessary checks? and general services ? they were charging me above Rs.7500 something This is utterly outrageous and completely unacceptable.I am very disappointed with the service centre. There is a rood response I don't understand and I am also helpless. I need repair assistance for what happened and ask you to find an immediate solution to this problem. This is not the type of service I would have expected from a reputed company like yours.                                       Dear Sir, I have had done my Ford Ecosport service done at Saraswati Ford Jalgaon Maharashtra on 2 October 2019.The required things asked to be done during service were not done and vice versa. When asked about it the dealer very arrogantly insulted us as if we were laymen and threatened us not to step again. There was no feedback asked from your side. We were totally shocked by his rude behavior. This is the only service station near Buldana Maharashtra. This time we had our service done at Bhavna Ford Mumbai and were really satisfied. Sir, being such a reputed company of yours we don't expect such nonsense behavior from a dealer. Kindly look into the same and try to teach him a lesson. I tried to connect with you but in vain.
