Ford India — About rust near window and side mirror

My name is suchwndra singh sikarwar. I have ford figo titenium 2011 model. The space between window and side mirror has been rusted on both the side. I hve already complaint in ford india before two months but my problem is not short out yet now. I m facing much problem as i m a govt. Employee. If this time u did, nt solv my problem i further will go to consumer, s court and u will be responsible for that. As i m from agra prem ford is also not taking any interest in this matter. It is a technical or mechanical problem of ford. So short out my problem if within seven days u did, nt do it i will go further and u will be responsible for that as i m doing complain second time.
