Dear concern,
I would like to bring your attention regarding on serious & common problem with ford ecosport. The clutch become quit harder and its not working properly. From the first impression it appeared like a clutch problem to me. Later the service center called me and told me it is a clutch plate problem. They told me it is my fault, i don't know proper driving, you use clutch too much and company told they wont pay for it and i should bear the expenses.
I drive my car single handed around 66000 km till date and i replaced my clutch plate two times. I have 11 years of driving experience and driven more than 20 lakh km and have not faced similar issues in other cars but service center clowns had the nerve to blame to me for the clutch problem. This is definitely a case of faulty clutch plates. Kindly help me in this case as the replacement charges are very high and fault is not on my side.
I think there is drastically some problem in ecosport clutch, as i see so many owners are complaining about clutch problem. Now this is the time company has to seriously look into the matter rather pointing fingers on the customers. Its better to recall and check for the problem.
I know very well you guys would not be surprised to see this email because same issue already raised by many customers & you guys are master and know how to handle your customers. You should try to investigate the problem in proper manner instead of start point out and blame game with your customers. This type o[censored]nprofessional and arrogant attitude definitely will effect your business sooner or later. I am going to share some data here and see how you guys are serious and capable to resolve your customer complaints.
