Ford India — alloy wheel broke while driving

I m having car eco sport while driving from karnal to panipat my car hit on a stone and left conductor side front alloy wheal, tyre, fender and bumber get damaged. Car is insured with the new india insurance co, ltd. They given claim of fender and bumber but denied to give claim of alloy wheal and tyre. Aadit motor pvt ltd panipat is also not taking care of it.
