Ford India — Amount charged for change of engine oil but not changed

Hello,
I have dropped my car ford figo for regular servicing, for which they had charged rs. 7200/- which includes amount for servicing, engine oil change etc. But they have not changed the engine oil, due to this my car's engine has been damaged. Now i want to get compensation for the same, as this the fault of authorised service centre. Car is still under warranty period.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Details are as follows :
