I have bought this ford ecosport thunder petrol in november 2019. It has been only a little above 7 months and my car is well insured (Insurance issued by the company) and under full company warranty.
Last week a solid check engine light appeared on the instrument cluster (With abs and traction control check lights) so i went to dwarka ford's authorized service center, delhi for the checkup, where they told me that the o2 sensor wire and the abs sensoe wire are damaged may be chewed by the rat or something. And they said it won't be covered in either warranty or insurance. So i paid 5700 rupees for the said two parts replacement.
But the next day when i reached the service center to pick my car, the check engine light was still on (The other two went off), so they checked the car again and didn't find the immediate solution so i left the car again. Nest day they called and tell me that they will change the other o2 sensor too and it will be covered in the warranty. But again the next 4th day they informed me that even after replacing the o2 sensor the check engine light did not go away.
Then they said there is a fault in the pcm and it won't be covered in warranty and when i asked why not, they said bcz it might be damaged due to the faulty o2 sensor. This part's cost is more than 15000 inr and now they are insisting me to pay the amount even i have all the necessary documents and warranty both issued by the same dealership.
So either ford dealership (Dwarka ford delhi) is looting me or its the ford company itself which is not issuing proper safety even when we paid for it, also their parts are way costly than the competitive brands.

This is my first experience with ford and it is so bad that i will think thousands of times before trusting ford again and before referring them to others. And i will definitely sue the company for this and will raise the issue in consumer court.

    I have given my Ford Ecosport Car for servicing on 03 Jul 20 at Harpreet Ford, Sahibabad. During the preliminary checks by service advisor, I was told that the Car Key battery is low & needs to be changed. Although, I never faced any issue in unlocking & locking of car. The car key was functioning properly before the servicing.
    However, I picked the car from service centre & took it back home. While locking the car in my garage at home, I realised that the remote locking is not functioning properly & the car is locking/unlocking only when brought in vicinity to the car.
    We decided to complain about this issue to the service centre on Monday(06 Jul 20). On Monday, the issue was brought to the notice of technical advisor, who handled our servicing. He requested for bringing the car to the service centre on 07 Jul 20. The service centre tried to resolve the issue by re-programming the key (as claimed). However, still the issue couldn't be resolved. They said that the key needs to be replaced with a new one and asked us to pay for it.
    I am not able to accept this offer view the key was fully functional despite fitted with almost discharged battery (claimed by Service centre). Now, wen the key is not working optimally, after replacement with new battery, the onus is being passed on to us. The service head- Ms Sudha talked very rudely with my wife and has claimed that we have damaged our car key. She said that we will need to pay 25% of the amount for replacement with a new key.
    Since, we have not done any damage to our key, plus the car key was functioning perfectly before servicing of the Car. Then why should we be penalised unnecessarily. Firstly, they have damaged our less-used key, and then they are passing the blame on us and also charging us for the mistake of theirs.

    I have been taking services of Harpreet Ford since 2016. And this is the second time I may facing such issue, while availing services for my car.

    I request the authority to please take necessary & urgent steps to resolve this issue at the earliest & also reprimand Ms. Susha for such a rude & careless behaviour with the customers.

      As i am using ford Ecosport Titanium diesel engine
      Which is consuming engine oil and as i visited the service centre they are asking me to pay a sum of 90000 and provided me the estimate of 131000 i have gone through various of search and found this the problm being faced by several owners of the Ford Ecosport and the ford india is replacing engine without any cost then why they are asking a wholesome amount of 131000 for the repairs as this is the much loved car .

      I always used to suggest all my friends and relatives to go with the option of this car as i am personally having 2 ford Ecosport in my home .

          I bought a new ford figo 1.2 trend car bearing registration number ka-04-mr-9751 on[protected] from metro ford show room, bangalore.             I received a call from odisha ford on 27 may 2020 for the first free service of my freestyle. I was given ta slot at 10am on 28 may. I called on 28 may morning to confirm before taking my car to the service center. At first, the security didn't permit me to enter through the gate saying according to the list provided to him i didn't have an appointment for servicing. After few minutes of discussion i was finally premier to enter and park my car. Upon questioning the reception about why my appointment for servicing was not recorded, i was told that the first free servicing is normally not recorded. This didn't doing plausible to me. However, the staff asked me for my car key and i was asked to wait in the waiting area. After waiting for one hour i went to enquire about the status and only then an advisor came with the service booking form and was saying they were short staffed and too many customers. I offered to return on another day and was told my job would be definitely finished by 2pm. I kept on waiting and waiting into 4:15pm for the servicing to be completed. On spite of such shoddy service i was told the customer satisfaction rating should be over 7

              I have downloaded the ford check app and placed a request to get the full history of ford endeavour vin no majuxxmr2ual70124 by paying a sum of rs 1200.00 through sbi net banking on 28/05/2020. I still haven't received the history of the said vehicle. Please look into it.

                I bought a ford ecosport 1.5 (D) titanium+ mt on feb 2018 bearing regd no - od14n4804, chassis no. Majaxxmrkajy70785, engine no. Jy70785 from your showroom. Since then i have already replaced ten (10) tyres. All the tyres brust in same manner on two spots (I. E. One along the rim line and other just it’s bellow where tyre touches the ground). It happened twice that two tyres brust at a time and i had to spend whole night on highway in the mid forest risking my family members life. Also the dimension of tyre is such that (205/50/r17) it is rarely available in small towns. Now this is the condition that i carry another additional tyre with my luggage.

                Initially i was convinced by your shoroom officials that may be it was due to the faulty tyres supplied with the car and the case will not repeat after replacement. But till date the same problem exists.

                So it is my humble request to replace the wheels compatible to my model which would have a trouble free track record at the earliest.

                  From day one of purchase i am having boot lock issue. It doesn't close at once. Also the electric button at the driver seat has to be pressed multiple times to open the boot. Everytime i show it to service the guys grease it and problem is fixed for a week. There seem to be a manufacturing defect in the model. I am extremely dissatisfied, my decision for buying ford was it's quality. This is a make issue for sure.

                  Please note that service guys haven't been able to fix it. Everytime they say we greased it and that's all they have for it.

                    On 29th feb 2020 i faced a break down in ahmedabad for my car - ford eco sport - gj06ls 7210. I took help of road side assistance and paid rs. 3500.00 upfront.

                    After immense follow up with the service team in narol centre - they have given me an estimate of rs. 1lac plus - have opened the gear box and made all non sense stories. It is almost 6 months that the rains have stopped and my car was working absolutely fine. Teh narol team did not share any pics or any update with me for 72 hours or so... I have done all the follow ups regularly

                    Regular service were done by the ford cargo team baroda... Nothing was recorded in terms of any issue in the car.

                    The narol center is upto some gimik - please interven and get my problem solved.

                        I have called on trackon courier number fr my parcel details dat man said me to pay 1 rupess nd ill send ur courier fast so he send me a link on whch i have to pay 1 rupees so i have fill the form with 1 rupee nd in password he said me to fill my pin number of googlepay so i mentioned after 15 min from my acount 4000 got debited i asked him how ds happend so he said i have sended da msg late it should be sended in 30 secnds dats y ur amount has been deducted after dat he asked me card details to refund my amount nd i hve gven my number so dat i can get the money back nd after i given my card number the left over 990 rupees also he took from my account now i am calling again and again but he is nt receicing the call the number is [protected] dis is the number plz help me to return my 4990 rupeess plzzz

                          Miss jihu raghav staff from adiv ford, sahibabad was not picking up my call and when i went to the service centre to pick my car at that time she was not available in the showroom and was responding to other staff members and was telling them that she is coming in 5 -10 minutes. But she came after an hour of waiting.
                          Such an irresponsible staff will make your company go down.

                            This is regarding my ford ikon hr 26aw 0597.
                            - my had taken my car to elite ford when i saw oil leakage from engine. Initially i was being told that there are some oil seals which are leaking and they put some oil seals and charged me. Kept my vehicle for almost one month to get that
                            - anurag malhotra and other leaders were escalated about he issue but of no use. So many mails where exchanged
                            - again oil leakage issue happens and my car was there for one week. This time i was being told some other issue. Oil pump not working.. It was replaced and one more oil seal was replaced. Again i was charged
                            - next time again oil leakage issue happens.. Same story but this time when they took my car, gear was working fine but when i was given my car, gear not working properly.. Had to pay 20 k for something which was not my mistake. Dont know what they do inside the workshop and also replaced one more item
                            - was being promised that now nothing will happen but with in 15 days same issue. Again went to give my car.. Its almost 3 weeks car is at elite ford. Now new story.. There were some oil seas within engine which needs to be replaced but when they took it for test drive.. White smoke is coming out.
                            - another guess. Now engine booster is weak. Really pathetic service experience
                            I am not going to pay any single penny now and want my car in good condition from ford india

                            Ford engines are so bad. My car engine was replaced within 1 lakh km and second also giving issues. Dont know what to do and whom to reach out as mr anurag malhotra dont have time to get the issue resolved

                              I purchased ford ecosport vehicle on nov9th from varrsha ford, gn mills, coimbatore. Paid in whole for vehicle & accessories before nov7th. I didn receive body cover till date. Refund is also not processed. Sales executives not responding properly on that and even the crm & gm sales also not responding after i brought the complaint to their notice.

                                Review in 2 month (Out of which car was parked in your service center for more than 1 monthz)

                                1. With all engine has rusting (White layer look like vehicle has put in salted water for long time) though flood affected car sold to me hiding facts of vehicle.

                                2. Alternator of the vehicle stopped working within 24 hrs of delivery because of rusting

                                3. Tyre burst within 15 days of delivery (When car was 1500km driven) and your service center denied replacing it. I got saved from major accident on highway. What will happen when car will be parked in flooded area? Will tyres quality will be intact? And you delivered such car.

                                4. Your service center agreed to change rusted parts like bonnet, boot door, silence and two side mirrors that were not working properly because of rusting on that metal. But since last 15 days car is with service centre

                                5. But rejected to replace where severe rusting seen like drive shaft, wheel hub, gearbox casing and timing cover for which i am placing case before consumer court against s. C. Ford malad showroom and ford india. The reason mention for rejection is “it doesn’t affect performance of vehicle”. Is it that??

                                Pre-booked car has been delivered by S.C Ford, Showroom. bought in December 2019 and warrenty contract started from May 2019. Total fraud showroom.
                                My car is MP07 CG 1447, right side door is chang but till date 11.02.2020 not change, I send car on 25.12.2019, so thise is problem

                                  I have been fixing a follow up service with ford kudlu gate, bangalore for past 10 days but i have not been provided one. They had fixed an appointment couple of times where i had opted for pick up and drop but no one turned up for the pickup. I would reschedule the appointment and the same would happen again.
                                  And this is after my service which had happened in jan post which i had reported that my car wheel alignment and balance has not been done.
                                  This is absolutely unprofessional and disappointing. It surprises me that no one had called back to reschedule an appointment after such irresponsible behaviour.

                                    My name is hridyesh tiwari i have ford figo aspire titanium+ mp 51 ca 1456.
                                    I have complained about front suspension noice but service center somehow ignore that and said that is not a problem. Today i pressurized them to open that and look after as my doubt was right both suspension are not working.
                                    Service center said that we will not cover this issue in warranty.
                                    After that they asked me to pay half amount of total bill. But why should i pay i have already purchased warranty for this only.
                                    My car has this problem from around 40000 km because of service center ignorance now it is 47000 km and they are saying we will not cover.
                                    My car is in warranty and they are denying to do work.
                                    I have many issue regarding shee sai ford jabalpur service center. I will take strict action against this if my problem will not solved as soon as possible.
                                    I will take all my issue with proof to social media as well as consumer court if they don't cover my warranty. I drive 159 km from my home town to reach this service center. Five times i visited to this service center for my car suspension problem but every time they make excuses.
