I purchased a ford figo aspire car in july 2018. From last week i am facing the problem of pick up, in second and third gear my car doesn't speed up, instead of speeding up it start making noise which is really abnormal. It has run for 6000 km only and such kind of manufacturing defects are intolerable for me.
Today i given it for servicing and they are saying that it's a clutch damage problem.
I am driving ford car from last 6 years but never faced this kind of problem before. Please do me some favor for the same.
Because it's totally manufacturing defect and i will not bear it.

      I have been driving ford figo for last few years and met an accident this december (No legal issues as both parties agreed out of court). The estimated cost was told to me was around 1, 60, 000 rs. And as i had tata aig nil depreciation cover, i agreed. My car stayed there in the agency for around 2 months though they promised me 4-5 weeks. Last one week they kept telling me that they were doing engine check up so that i don't face any problem later. I had to pay around 15, 000 from my pocket (Rest was covered in insurance). After driving 3-4 days itself, my car stopped suddenly and i was told that there is some engine problem which they did not see during their assessment. I was again asked to pay 4, 000.
      Basically i am not sure whether they did the engine work initially and gave me false promises.
      I was really disappointed with the service delay as well as with the attitude of service manager in the body shop.

      Got a call from service manager regarding my complaint and he promised me of better care if ever needed in future.

        My name is itisha maheshwari, yesterday a fraud guy cheated me for 7000 rupee. He was selling his honda activa which total costing me 14000 rupee and he gave me his details and phograph and i have recordings also. He was saying he is in jaisalmer and his activa is from punjab RTO no. Registered. He promised me to to deliver activa at my home by 6 7 pm in evng, after that i have, bola ki hum army oficer hai border pr ap logo k liye mrte rahete hai or ap bhrosa nhi kr skte humpe, fir mene socha ek army oficr ko preshan na krke mene 6000 or dal diye or 1000 subhe jb baat hui tb dal diye the fir Delivery wale ka call aata h ki humara government rules hai ki jb tk pura payment nahi aayega delivery nhi hogi tb mene use bol diya k jb tk gadi ni aayegi tb tk pay nahi krunga ya to gadi bhej fir baki k 7000 lele nhi to rkh le gadi or sath hazar wps krne ko kaha, or fir mujhr dought hua to mene ye army consumer serch kiya or yaha dekha k ye vo hi same aadmi hai jisne mere sath fraud kiya h or kisi ki or yaha kisi ki problm ko solve nhi kiya gya to shyad meri bhi na kre

          ford ecosport engine oil consumption problem

          I am ford ecosport, i all services after every 10000km from ford services stations regularily.
          After 85000, it blink red oil light after 5000km on last service, and visit to ford service station and the services manager said that it is now rebuild engine that costs 150000lakh cost,
          I want to ask ford that is ihis a suv which gives engine rebuild after 80000 km.
          It is a 420 fraud with all customers if a suv going after...

          Dear nodal desk

          This has been second instance with me in regards to service and reponse from the service center located at vapi gidc area. First was lathargic response while i had claimed my insurance, second is, where i had given for service but apparently it never came back with my keychain and when i inquired (Agreed it is just a keychain missing) they counldnt trace : the question is if a key chain is not traceable can i trust ford dealer that they are not replacing my spare parts with old ones? After paying 6_7k for srvice if i am not getting that service satisfaction i think we are better of with a local vendor and other competition brands.

          My Self Harishchandra R Mahadik Vapi having Eco Ford Titanium Vehicle Registration No GJ 15 CH 8667, i have done my Car servicing on dated 11/06/2021, By mistakely i have left to remove cash of Rs 2500/- from my Car Spex Cover which is normaly keep for emegency fund purpose, when i got car i have also not checked and after reaching home and parking vehicle i have checked cash available or not, it is very surprized when cash is not available in my car, I have called to Branch Head Mr Ashish [protected] & Mr Service Co-ordinator Mr Faiyan Shaikh [protected] for giving complaint, both are not given any positive answer yet and every time sending massage stating will be check and Mr Faiyan Shaikh call you, but no body call till date, i have to call both of them and check the status Finally yesterday i have call to Mr Ashish who is responisble Manager, even after receiving call he tried to check what is your car no/ what is your Name etc etc . & told that we have checked and not found cash ...i never expected such type of casusal approach from such a nominated brand image showroom Manager... we request you go thorugh route cause and find out who is doing damage of your brand showroom ... thanks with regards Harish Mahadik [protected]yup

              I gave my ford fiesta (Rj06ca 7893) car to ks ford udaipur for servicing recently on 1st feb.. Car was in perfect condition before servicing and later immediately after service, it started intermittent stopping issues with engine temp started rising. It was reported immediately to ks ford udaipur and get car back to dealer service centre. It was observed that there is no coolant and likely car was handover without coolant. Water topped up and asked me to visit again after 2-3 days for through check-up. Once turned up for through check up, it was told to me that engine gasket damaged and engine block has issue. Dealer asked me for estimate of around 1.04 lacs for repair, which they later ready to discount. It is obvious that due to dealer (Ks ford udaipur) poor workmanship of delivery of car after servicing without coolant, such issued are evident.
              Initially even dealer was not responding appropriately, even their customer support chennai response was also very discouraging. Later mail to ceo may prompt them to respond but now all in vain and dealer continue harassing me for repair expense for which i have no fault.
              My request to ford to enquire the incident and get repair car at ford/dealer expenses liability as it is absolutely their poor workmanship rather to customer which leads to such issues.

                I've been having a very hard time from the day our car was delivered and first instance was with the invoice date and somehow ford came up with some excuse and made us literally unhappy on the day the car was delivered and now the new issue is that the 60:40 flip fold rear seat feature which should be available in the ford ecosport titanium plus variant is missing and availability of the feature is clearly mentioned in the user manual and the brochure which is updated on the ford website. When we had a demo all the features were explained to us very clearly and they said there will be no change at all. I also spoke with the ford customer care technical team and they are very positive that the 60:40 rear seat flip fold flat bed feature is available in the 2019 ecosport titanium plus variant and i have the recordings as well fyr. The consultants in ford itself are not up to date with any of the difference between the variants. Now i need a solution for this.

                  Good day sir,
                  I am mv thomas an ex defence personnel. My ford ecosport titanium, which
                  Purchased from malayalam ford, kochi in nov 2013. (Kl 42 h 7722) all the periodical service and repairs done by malayalam ford only. As my car effected by flooding in aug 2018, i contacted malayalam ford for repair. It was flooded just up to dash board. They took the vehicle to the service centre in august last 2018. I submitted the rc and insurance paper to the service centre. They told me that, all the insurance formalities will be done by them. After few days, when i enquired about the estimated cost of repair and the amount which is granted by the insure company, they told me that all the cost of repair will be met by insurance company. My car insurance value was rs.500000. (Five lakh). I do not need to pay anything from my pocket. During repairing period, my son visited three times to the service centre, then also they repeated the same words. After completion of the repair, they told me that, the total repair cost is rs. 260000 (Two lakh sixty thousand). And i have to pay rs.75000 (Seventy five thousand) from my pocket. Remaining amount will be given by insurance company. They kept me in dark about the estimated cost of repair and the amount granted by insurance company till last, despite asking several times. I paid rs.75000 to get my car released. After driving about 6km, when we entered a petrol pump, windows and diesel tank cap were not opening. They came and took the car back, and yesterday they delivered the car back. (30/11/2018). I am planning to get my car inspected by another agency/work shop to make sure that they have renewed the parts mentioned in the bill including central processing unit. Their behaviour was also very rude to my wife and son. Now front passenger side door window is not opening. The keys they have given is different type and i am unable to open the door with manual key. Air bag indication is also lit on the panel.

                    मैंने कार DL3CCN8191 March 18 मे रिद्धि फोर्ड, मथुरा रोड, दिल्ली से खरीदी थी, तब से मेरी कार mileage ओर कार मे सही mileage नही दिखाती थी।। इस बारे मे कई बार मैंने रिधि फोर्ड मैं बात की ओर हर बार यह कह कर बात तो टाल देते की आप की कार की दूसरी सर्विस मैं सब ठीक हो जाएगा परंतु दूसरी सर्विस के बाद भी मेरी कार की निम्न खामिया दूर नही हुई:-
                    *कार की माइलेज बहुत ही कम हे 7 से 8
                    *Mileage display मे माइलेज ठीक से ना बताना
                    * कार से suspension ठीक से काम न करना
                    * रिद्धि फोर्ड मे customer को बार बार झूठे वादे करना
                    * रिद्धि फोर्ड मे proper स्टाफ का न होना
                    * कार की सर्विस ठीक से ओर टाइम से न करना

                    आप से निवेदन है कि मेरी ऊपर दी गई खामियों को ठीक कराने की कृपा करें

                      I purchased ford aspire from v go ford faridabad on dated[protected].
                      After following up with them for last 90 days or so for my registration number i am still waiting for my registration number to be provided to me.
                      I am not getting any proper responce from the dealer.
                      When i checked the status from the faridabad authority about the same. I have come to know that my papers are still not sent for registration purpose to the concerned authority.
                      I think it is my mistake to first time trusting the ford for purchasing the vehicle. Never ever faced any problem during my earlier purchase of the vehicles.
                      If some one can help me out of this problem.

                        Yes me also suffering same problem, the mechanic is saying 2 injectors are
                        Inject more pressure, so u replace the two injectors. One injector costs rs 18000. I am shocked hearing that. And then i search in google, this complaint is usual in ford figo and fiesta

                        If you want a new car please purchase swift or etios.

                          I bought ford figo from harpreet ford moti nagar delhi 5 months back. It was told to me that the car is in perfect condition. I am facing issue from week one till now. I have spent more than 50 thousand and now the car has serious issue. Its at the workshop and the service manager has given me a bill more than 30 thousand. They are not able to find and resolve the isaue. I have visited 5 times to the workshop and the issue still persists. They just make huge bills by replacing the part which are not even required.

                          I want the company either to resolve the issue at its own cost since i have already spent loads of money on it or process a refund.

                          I have dropped many emails to the company regarding my issue but not getting any help

                          Kindly help!

                              I am pratap kumar patro from sambalpur, in the month of december 2018 i got to know that ford freestyle is very good vehicle in comparison to other vehicles in this segment,

                              In the 2nd weak of dec 2018, i had called veda ford and asked for test drive, unfortunate they provided on 7th jan 2019, after that i asked your team to kindly provide the mail confirmation so that i can give you a booking amount over the cheque, on 11th jan 2019 i booked the car with an amount of 10k (Cheque no - 000022) for freestyle titanium + with 2019 model for my daughter's birthday 23rd jan,

                              Today on 19th jan, 2019, i gave veda ford loan approval with 50k fund transfer, now they are providing me 2018 model and they dont even told me this that it's a 2018 model. This is totally shame and not acceptable from a world wise corporate company like ford. It's totally cheating and fraud against which i would definitely lodge a case. I have all the documented proof and recorded conversations and i am definitely going to take action against ford company.

                              Also to add on that i have been provided the rate chart of 2019 vehicle model however i am now being asked to take the 2018 vehicle model but rate havenot been changed which means knowingly the ford company cheats customers and this is totally not acceptable.

                                ac fan do not stop even after 1 hour

                                I have purchased ford figo aspire on december 12th 2018 from lakshmi ford in guntur it is my first car but after 30 days i had a problem with my engine turbo fan which does not stop even after the ac is switched off. I had contacted on jan 11 2019 regarding this. The manager and the service team have looked on this issue but has not confirmed what exactly the problem is and when asked about when it will be getting...

                                Today i went for 30k service to dhruvan ford, chennai. As i have observed that my spanner provided by ford along with my is not fitting to my wheel nuts during alingment. I informed the same to service adviser. After talking to some people in the service shop informed me that it does not come under warrany and the parts are not available.
                                I got to know about the issue from teambhp, 4 months back where all the nut were replaced for free under warrany and thus i felt extremely happy for buying ford vehicle. But today i came for 30k service from 600 km to chennai and heard from service people that it is not a issue so will not cover under warranty... Its so stupid... Is this the service provided by ford... I sold my innova in 1 year itself to purchase endeavour... Did i make a stupid decision?

                                  Today i went to moharir ford nashik their i had given my car for servicing the actual problem was it was waving to the left side and also vibrating but even after the alignment the issue remains the same and now the problem is grown more it started more vibrating and not moving in a straight or wanted direction.                                     We are submitted hypotification latter to ford, but in insurance copy and rc book not mention hypothification,
                                    We complain for that to ford, but since last 3 month all staff bottom to top make fool to us, till date not take any action.
                                    I am very suffred with bank due to not hypothification in rc book, bank pressuries to us and also tell us for loan cancelation.
                                    So i submitted rc book before 3 month for revised but till date no body from ford proper respond to us... Before 10 days rc book not submitted to revised by ford sabarmati.
                                    I must think my hole life i never buy any ford product. Very bed experience.
                                    And yas if ford employees buying car then after not repond, then general cusombers hou you treet it. Its shocking
                                    I sufffred to much from ford sabarmati showroom.. I can not explain all for more detail plz call me
